Second day open seminar with hanshi Kenzo Dozono 9th Dan SKIF Karate Canada at Shuhari hombu dojo 🇬🇧. It was a successful and great weekend. All passed the very demanding grading. We are proud to have new Dan grades and upgraded Dan grade confirmation. Oss!

Oss! All ready for hanshi Kenzo Dozono SKIF Karate Canada 9th Dan arrival in a few hours time. We will see everyone on Saturday for the main event.

Hanshi Kenzo Dozono 9th Dan is the President of SKIF Karate Canada. He is a Grandmaster of Shotokan Karate and is the recipient of many prestigious international awards. He also has a fantastic record being a multiple world karate champion.
Sensei Katsu who is the head of Shuhari Karate(branches in the 🇬🇧 and other countries) is the representative of hanshi Kenzo Dozono in the 🇬🇧 and individually is a member of SKIF Malaysia.
Event: Open Karate Seminar and Gradings... Date: 13th of October 2018/Saturday OPEN seminar- Session 1: 10:15am-11:45am by sensei Katsu Session 2: 12:15pm-2:15pm by hanshi Dozono Gradings: 2:45pm-5:15pm by hanshi Dozono Price: £10 for one session, £15 for both sessions

Our strength is everyone that are involved with the academy.The instructors and students bond very well,we share our karate knowledge and experience.Oss!

It is a great dojo with great senseis! Even though I hadn't met Katsu Sensei and Becky Sensei before, they were kind enough to invite me and my friend Bill Griffith Sensei to their dojo so that we had the chance to get to know each other. We both were not only part of the regular training but also had the chance of doing some teaching. It was a great night. Hope to see you soon! Best wishes from Germany! I am not a member, but I train there a couple of times a week, as a guest. I have done a different style for over 50 years, but can't fault the training or the friendly atmosphere at the dojo. Or at the social events they organise.

First class instruction and a family atmosphere. That's why I travel from Nottingham to train here.

Fantastic training and a great dojo .. Brilliant Sensei's and a friendly and family orientated club .. The group makes everyone feel welcome and respect other styles .. Constantly pushing for better training by entering tournaments (optional), gradings and guest seminars .. Trained for 20 years and after my last club closed I visited most clubs in the area looking for my next dojo and have to say in this one I've found everything I'm looking for .. Keep up the good work! X
