The Staff are always friendly and will always suit to your needs and go out of there way to help you, quality treatments for a decent price! For me not just a great salon to work in but one of the best in Bedford !!!

Such an amazingly friendly, family run business. I went in with my 1 year old daughter to have my eyebrows done and all the girls made such a fuss of her. They make you feel like you are the most important customer.

Really friendly staff, so lovely and approachable. Have had beauty treatments, used the sunbeds and had hair done here and have never been anything but 100% happy.

Prices are really reasonable, especially compared to others in the area.

Owned and managed by one of the most lovely ladies you'll ever meet.

Silks really care about their staff and so their staff are really happy in their jobs. They are like one big family!

Outstanding salon :) the girls are fantastic so friendly and welcoming nothing was too much bother. All the girls were amazing with my 2 year old son I never get the time to go with out him so feeling welcomed even with a small child was fantastic. I didn't feel like he was unwelcomed or too much hassle. Even put shrek on the tv for him to watch :). Amazing experience don't know why I hadn't found you before! Thank you so so much xx

Just arrived home after a visit to Silks. I'm a very very happy girl. I haven't been happy with my hair for a long time, and moved to the area a year ago, having left an outstanding hairdresser behind�

I went to silks today hoping for some good advice and an even better restyle....thanks to Jasmine, who is lovely by the way, I've come away with both��

I've at last found a hairdresser in the area, and have already booked in for a new colour in 2 weeks.

I had my hair cut and dried here earlier and it feels I have a new head!! I love it and it all damage has been reversed and it looks great. The price is exceptional considering the standard - Thank you Jasmine. �

I absolutely love this place!!! Never leave unhappy. Laura knows exactly what suits my face shape and isn't afraid to be honest when giving advice! All the staff are friendly and have a good giggle whilst you're there. Brilliant prices and always have good offers on. Been going to the salon 3 years now and I'm looking forward to the next 3 years plus worth of hair cuts too!!! Keep up the good work ladies, you're all brilliant and should be bloody proud of yourselves xxxx

Great salon, I am one of those terrible people that want to be seen at short notice and the lovely lady on reception who I believe is the owner always does her best to fit me in. Today I had my hair done by Gary who was great. So friendly and fun along with being a 5* hairdresser. Don't think twice about booking! �

Garry is a hair wizard, and Yeshem is a pure delight, that’s all I can say to describe my experiences! The staff are friendly, warm and hilarious! If you’re looking for a salon that feels like friends having a laugh then this is the place for you!

Fantastic hair cut by chloe by far the best salon in Bedford, all the girls are lovely and all love William, they are all like family �� �

Currently staying in beford over Christmas and wanted my hair done badly. So I popped over to silks and the lovely lady who owns the shop managed to squeeze in not only myself but my sister aswell just days before Christmas!

Have just arrived home from my appointment and they have done a fantastic job on my hair, which was done perfectly by Gary.

Would highly recommend to anyone.
