There was a lady behind the bar a while before who was rude and she made us not coming back for nearly 2 years but we tried again few months ago and it is defo our 1st place to visit while we are at town now! We can relax and slow down for a bit with a nice cold beer. Thanks from

Had a lovely meal here last night, cheesy garlic bread was gorgeous as was the rest of our meal, defo be going again �

Go in often with friends and our children, always happy to help, friendly bar staff and quick service, definitely recommend

Fantastic food! Very friendly staff. Lovely environment and was made to feel very welcome! First time in Peterborough (due to getting daughters passport) an I'm very glad we chose Sir Henry Royce for lunch! Will defo be visiting again if we are ever in Peterborough, thank you for making us feel very welcome and comfortable xx

Beer friends and football what more can you ask for oh yeah good music ���� last night was the first time i have been in but I'll definitely be back again

Really good food chicken wings are fantastic best iv ever had

Ran out of what wanted. But food was ok. Would like to thank girl behind bar who offered to carry drinks to table.

Without me saying why I couldn't use or carry on tray.

I would of dropped on floor as losing ability to hold items.

Food was brilliant but the service at the bar is so slow.

Should have more then 2 people behind the bar when they have people in there drinking, eating & watching the football.

Standard Wetherspoons. Pissheads and workers like me away from home. Cheap grub and it tastes alright. Staff though I must say were very good. Short black guy who was great. Very helpful.

Dreadful, waited 30 minutes to be told my food order had not been processed, although I had paid, was assured food would be 5-10 minutes, waited another 30 minutes watching everyone else get served, eventually got fed up, got my money back and left, missed an appointment and went hungry, thanks for NOTHING, won’t be back in a hurry !

Came for steak with the kids - ordered mixed grill and the egg was terrible.



So much so the waitor said he mentioned the egg to us before the food came out and the chef told him the grill was playing up???



My partner had two fried eggs and both were fine... Sadly mine was revolting ... Maybe because the egg was cooked on the grill???



Also no sausages on either mixed grill.



My steak was cold so we sent it back... 15mins later still waiting while family have finished dinner.

me and my friend came in for breakfast today, we ordered the full English which we have had before and has been fine. Today it was terrible, the eggs were completely cooked through and the sausages had no skin on at all! The worst part is we both had one tiny mushroom each. So obviously thinking this is a mistake I spoke to the waiter who assured me you only get ONE mushroom. Now I'd understand if it was a bigger mushroom like you advertise on your menu but it was a TEENY tiny button mushroom. This is completely and utterly ridiculous, how can you justify this to a customer? One mushroom? It's embarrassing and completely pointless. If you didn't have bigger mushrooms then why put a tiny one on? Surely common sense would tell the chef to put more on of the bigger ones aren't available? also you say you get a cooked tomato mine was a tomato just cut it half and put on the plate??!!!

What a joke the guy behind the bar with glasses on was fantastic but only 2 high chairs which were being used and the manager completely ignored me. We were going to eat but no kids menu after I had asked and lack of high chairs.

Today my mum treated me n my partner to lunch as it was my birthday.

I ordered the go large chicken tikka masala n got a small chicken tikka masala that came without the naan bread. We had to ask for our cutlery as none was brought to us. My partner had the mixed grill n he said it didn't taste as nice as normal also he didn't get a sharp knife to cut through his steak. My mum ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans n she said it didn't taste very nice. The bowls that the chips came in for my meal n my partners meal were dirty not to mention the cutlery was dirty as well.

The food was stone cold (roast beef subs and chips). Jacket potato wasn't fit for a dog to eat. Am very disappointed and will not dine here again. If I could have given it a zero star rating then I would have as one star is too much.

Not even worth the one star, two lasagnas both cold in the middle. Jacket potato with a black hair in it. Bloke behind the bar used his fingers to put our lemon slices in drink ��

I visited yesterday with my husband and little boy, I ordered the meatball marinara sub, which looked lovely and saucy in the photo, as a marinara sub should be! When it arrived it literally had the tiniest blob of sauce on it... we decided to do the 2 meals for £8.99 and got overcharged because they put it through instead as 2 meals that get a free drink, so we had to ask for that to be rectified. Really was disappointed �.
