on Monday 9th April I got a taxi to work from guisley, my driver was Stephen and his number was 345 he made my morning he was so cheerful and happy, always laughing and joking about it was brilliant, by far nicest driver I've had yet

On time despite the worse weather conditions for years, the weather (snow) was that bad the flight couldn’t take off but the taxi got through

Airport transfer from Otley to Yeadon

Used SJK for our recent airport transfers, absolutely faultless! Driver (Steve) was very smart and professional, helped us load our cases from the house into the car and vice versa on the way home. Car was spotless and he even had a sick bag ready for my little girl who isn't the greatest car passenger! Picked us up on time both ways, will definitely use again! 10/10 from me!

Ordered a taxi through the app last night as phone signal was low and the pub was noisy - what an easy process it was and very easy to track the taxi. I knew who the driver was and the registration number & make of the vehicle so I knew who to expect.

I was informed when my taxi had arrived and the driver was well presented, friendly and ensured the meter was set before we set off.

A brilliant experience once again �����

Lovely drivers, always willing to make conversation which is nice, always on time I use the app which I think is good as get a estimated price of journey and get a text to say when taxi has been dispatched and can track the car, even when there is a wait on the app only really found this to be 15 mins the longest I have seen it, it has always arrived early which is a bonus 🙂but would be good to see the time u booked the taxi for on the app, just incase it’s is a bit late just to prove to bosses at work lol........only service I use in Yeadon 🙂

Especially driver 345, always dressed extremely smart, very courteous and can turn a miserable mood in to a great mood, with his fantastic sense of humour and amazing singing :)

Gutted to be returning from holiday today but still have to say what a lovely taxi driver that picked us up from Leeds Bradford Airport at 3.40pm. Reminds me as I often forget and book elsewhere to always book SJK as they are so friendly and reliable.

Fab taxi driver Steve car number 345. Was hilarious and talking the whole way there we all had a laugh. It was nice because he was nothing like the usual moody taxi driver for some companies I didn’t even realise how quick the journey went

Best taxi service i have ever used in 25 years of taking taxis. Always helpful and go out their way to get me to hospital apts when other taxis are always late. Not even in my area but SJK are the only reliable taxi in Leeds. If they say 10 mins they mean 10 mins, other taxis say 10 mins and you're still waiting 40 mins later. I cannot recommend them highly enough, just wish they operated in other areas. A+++++

As always top service by SJK. New Years Eve must be a chaotic night for you but as always the driver was bang on time and got us home safely. I say as always as we use you a lot and the service has never been short of brilliant. Thank you!

As always had great service from SJK, always on time and friendly service. Just had journey with Steve (car 365) had such a giggle, brightened up my day on an early Monday morning journey!!

Very disappointed in the service. Booked a taxi for 10.20 for the Alhambra Bradford, checked app, still 28 minutes away. Phoned to speak to someone only to be told it wasn't there fault it was so late. Continued to wait, had to cancel and book with another service. Such a shame as I've never had this service with you before.



I would like to Thank Andrew from SJK for getting into contact with me very quickly to resolve the situation and explain what had happened. Like I previously stated in my review I've never before experiences bad service and would always recommend the company. Much appreciated again for taking the time to get back to me.

A friend of mine needed to borrow my phone to ring a taxi and your driver failed to locate him baring in mind I was no longer with this person I rang the taxi firm to confirm this and that I no part in it. To which you replied your black listed. Ok? So I order 5 taxis a week off you and you black list me ? Nice one

Got a taxi into town that cost 15.25ish



Got the same journey home that was charged at 20.50. I asked why it was extra and the driver said it was because they charged more after 12.00..... when I rang Sjk they confirmed they didn’t .... the lady on the phone was very rude and then went onto say our journey into town was 18 pounds? And they charge and extra 1 pound after 12.00!!

Thanks for sending me that i booked online and the quote was 21.90 so i booked it, firstly the taxi didn't turn up until 12.40 and i had to phone to see where he was. Then when we arrived at hotel he said 28.70 on clock plus 3.00 parking fee, when I said no 21.90 as I booked online he said he knew nothing about that and I had to pay what was on the clock plus parking. I gave him 30.00 but he was not happy, not a very good service. will not use again.

Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance to the train station. When it was 5 minutes late I called the operator, she told me he was 5 minutes away to which I said I couldn't be late as I was catching a train, that is why I booked, no apology. After the phone call I suddenly get a text saying my taxi has been dispatched as if its just had the booking put in at that moment. When the taxi arrived (10 minutes late) I called base again to say I'm not happy, I was definitely going to miss my train now, I was meant to be getting straight onto another train after so I'd miss that one too. She just paused, didn't apologise and tried putting me through to another operator which just rang and rang. Meanwhile the taxi driver put mine and my boyfriends bags in the boot, heard me on the phone and said to my boyfriend "is that about me?" my boyfriend said well you're 10 minutes late. The taxi driver then took our bags out of the boot and said "well I'm not taking you now". Absolute joke of a company!
