What a brilliant family day out! So much for our boys aged 3 and 2 to do. The staff are so friendly and lovely with the children. The tractor ride was so much fun!! We were to the very end and our boys still didn’t want to go! Thank you we will definitely be back

User

We visited yesterday and we loved it. Staff were really helpful and friendly and great with the kids. We had a fab time thank you

User

We had the most AMAZING family fun day! Highlights- suitable for entire age range of our group aged 2yrs-9yrs. Water Guns Game is so fun!

The staff were ALL helpful and friendly. I recommend buying a Season Pass. The new toilets are lovely and clean. Cannot wait to go back!

User

We had a wonderful family day out. It was perfect for our 4yr old, with lots to keep him happy and running about! The staff were all fantastic - all so friendly and helpful and every staff member spoke to our son which was lovely to see. A lovely area for a picnic, and the coffee was good as well! I would recommend future visitors to wear proper shoes as the maze itself is very dusty, and be prepared to need to wash everything after a visit - a sign of a fun day out!

User

We had a lovely day today. Family with a 9 year old girl & 7 year old boy. My son loved the Star Wars theme as did his Dad. We all loved the Pesky Pigeons. We bought tickets on-line using the code on facebook, we also brought a picnic so very happily treated ourselves to an ice-cream and cold drinks through out the day.

What stood out the most for me today were the welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Ben on the Pesky Pigeon and the gentleman commentating on the pig race were brilliant!

Both children are keen to visit again next year to see next years theme.

User

The boys (6 & 4) & I had the best time here today, we stayed for 6 hours and still didn’t do everything. Will definitely be returning.

User

Just got back from a great day out. The kids enjoyed themselves as well as us adults too. Getting lost in the maze to then have a freak hailstorm come over was funny. The staff presenting the pig race and the pigeon shoot were very enthusiastic and in character was great to see. A clean and well maintained park. We ate in the cafe which was a lovely lunch. The only advice I could offer is to laminate the maze maps as mine fell apart during the freak hail storm . I would definitely recommend going to anybody, great day and polite staff throughout, thank-you all

I visited yesterday with my husband and two boys... 4 months and 3 years old. We bought our tickets online... so benefitted from a cheaper price and Facebook friends additional discount codes, I was happy from the off. We were lucky with the weather dry, sun shining, blue sky and reasonable warm too so I packed our picnic and we were off. We had a fantastic day... my husband having more fun than my son on pesky pigeons. Highlight for me was that once we had our ticket and were inside all activities were included... all staff very friendly and included both my boys as well as they could. We even ended up eating from the bbq stand to which for burgers I found very reasonably priced. All in all a great day for us. Roll on July well be back.... definitely worth the 1 hour drive to come to see you.

User

Hi skylark, we've had a few great days out with you in the last few weeks with our season ticket, the children love the excitement of the pig racing and have been lucky enough to come away with a medal a couple of times, pesky pigeons is also a great hit along with all the other attractions you have available

My only advice would be to top up the paint in the wooded area, my 5 love this but there's never any paint in it I have actually had to put some of my water in it so they could get a bit of colour

Keep up the good work skylark

We will definitely be getting another season ticket next year

Oh and your staff are fab! Not come across one that isn't trying their hardest yet! They are a big credit to you

User

Fantastic first time spent playing at skylark today. 2 children absolutely loved it, loads to keep them happy. In paticular king coops castle which my two year old son and 7 year old nephew loved!! Staff were very helpful and cheery Would highly recommend!

We will certainly be back.

User

we came today was a lovley day out but i fink it would be nice to maybe see an extra showing of kids entertainment through out the day as only on once and was disappointed to not be told about lamb feeding on arrival but my 2 boys did manage to get to feed the lambs in the end as was some spare bottle left in the end so happy kids

User

Visited today for the first time with my daughters and my sister and her girls, aged between 3 and 10 all enjoyed the day definitely worth a a day out.

User

The five of us went and enjoyed everything about it. The staff were very kind and helpful and it wasn’t too busy, would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Thank you

User

Staff lied to us repeatedly about lamb feeding and left the children very upset and disappointed. Very unhappy to pay £42 to have children upset

Edit: problems weren't dealt with well on the day but subsequently we were contacted and we are very happy with how it was then handled. Children are very happy and we will definitely be back for the maize maze in the summer.

User

Decent amount to do for children. Maze is good fun. Disappointed by the food yesterday though. Considering it is cooked to order both the chips and burgers were cold. Didn't tell us that the pulled pork was still frozen when we initially ordered food (was told when we went to collect the other food) so couldnt eat together. Also forgot the drinks. Not good considering food isn't cheap. Will consider bringing picnic in future.

User

Visited several times before and always had a great fun filled day however this year was completely different, since everything’s been moved around somehow there didn’t seem enough to keep the kids as occupied as previous years had, it’s extremely pricey for what’s there! there’s now only 1 bouncy castle so as you can imagine there’s quite a few kids on there at a time, which can cause injuries (I.e my son was kneed in the face causing his gum to bleed resulting in him not wanting to go back on) the Kids couldn’t wait to get on the new slides however once they did one ended up with bad friction burns, another had smacked her face through being chucked around inside the slide then another had an old wound ripped open through friction burn, at first we put it down to bad luck but after sitting in front of these slides waiting on the pesky pigeon tractor ride we witnessed so many other children getting off in tears from being injured on the slides, I understand accidents happen etc but after seeing so many children get hurt I can’t help but think the problem is with the slides! I expressed what had happened on a skylark status and was told they now supply sacks to go down in which I replied they had been in the sacks and despite this the friction burns still happened, my comments were then deleted!! Absolutely no sympathy for the children’s well-being obviously just didn’t want criticism on their page! On a better note we enjoyed the maze and pesky pigeon ride however I don’t feel the day overall justified price..

User

Visited for the first time today. Disappointed to be honest. It is a lot of money for what attractions there are. There wasn’t a simple play park even with swings and slides etc.. The new King Coop’s castle slide area was too high for our 5 year old. The go karting area looked very tired indeed. I was under the impression this was a relatively new attraction too? Two go karts were unusable and the rest were being used. We waited about 10 minutes for our son to have a ride on one of the karts but got fed up with waiting. The go kart area should be supervised by a member of staff giving children a time limit which is more fair, perhaps 5/10 minutes each. The ‘new 2018 Dino maze’ was ok but two of the stamps were not usable which we were told were waiting for parts. There was not much seating or cover from the sun. We saw visitors sitting under anything just to get some shade. There could be a lot more deckchairs in the beach area/jumping pillow too. The grill van was not very efficient. People had to order food unlike any other catering van where the food is cooked and ready to go. On a final good note, all staff were friendly. Will probably not be visiting again soon unless the prices are reduced and improved facilities, a simple play park installed and more attractions.

User

Travelled to you from st Neots yesterday. Looked fun from the adverts I had seen on Facebook but was disappointed with the amount of things for children to do!

£40 for a family ticket And then the food...... £32.60 for 2 burgers 2 hotdogs and some cheesy chips!!!!!! That’s an expensive day out with not a lot for the children to do.

User

The Maze was great! However, if I'm honest I was disappointed. I expected more for the money it cost. We were looking forward to the storm trooper only to have two people casually walking around like they didn't want to be there. There was no effort put into marching or acting the part of the character they played. Some loud Star Wars music when they enter and putting some effort in would have gone a long way. I have animals myself and it is quite clear that they needed more activities to do. The donkey in particular was quite upsetting to see, it was pacing up and down the fence line, animals do this when they are bored. The hot food from the food bar wasn't great, although I found the tea just right. The toilets being off site and inside the garden centre was a pain too, everyone had to trek to the toilets each time one of them needed the toilet, not great when you have several kids in tow with one adult! Sorry it's not a great review from us.

The five of us went and enjoyed everything about it. The staff were very kind and helpful and it wasn’t too busy, would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Thank you
