Thought it was another diet until I try ed slimming world now two years on and 10 stone lighter I'm loving it. It's a hole new way of life to me . Thanks to slimming world.

The Tuesday morning 9:30 class is brilliant. Everyone supports and encourages each other. There is always a friendly welcome and loads of praise when you are doing well but the support when things are not so good is even better. I think on the down times that's when extra support is needed and it's always there. Gemma's positive attitude and honesty about her own struggles is a big lift you know you are never alone. When my husband and I first joined I looked at people who had lost massive amounts three four and even more stones and thought. YES WE CAN DO THAT TOO. That thought has always staid with me. Well done Gemma and all the class.

Take a walk through the door and change your life for good. A good support from Gemma and everyone at the 9-30 class , you have nothing to lose , except all your excess weight

Joined end of feb this year after years of messing about with the other weight club, in group and online.

In just under 6 months I have lost an amazing 2.5 stone, averaging more than 1.5 lbs each week. Fantastic support from Gemma in our 11am Tues group, and a fabulous group of members, now friends, all with the same goals. Come and join us its a very friendly and welcoming group. I was a SW member when Gemma joined as a member, her enthusiasm came out very early on, listening to us "older" members, giving her own little tips, her bubbly caring character was there right from the start. To go on to be a SW Consultant is the best thing Gemma could do. I have been a target member now since Sept. 2010. Am sure if I didn't have the Group back up, would not have kept the weight off.

I re joined SW when I moved to Whittlesey in April. I knew no one in the area Gemma and her members made me so welcome. Gemma's enthusiasm bubbles over wherever you meet her. Thanks Gemma for all your support and encouragement x
