Smart CBT is a mental health practice in East Anglia, providing high-quality psychotherapy. Treatments are CBT, EMDR, CFT and Mindfulness.

Smart CBT's mental health service is based in Ipswich, which is ideal for people in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex who would like face-to-face therapy or workshops. For those further afield, online or telephone therapy is available.

The log cabin is our main therapy space – a safe place to explore your inner world. Another option is Walking Talking Therapy, which takes treatment outside into the beautiful parks in Ipswich. Sessions can also take place in your home. Our treatments are CBT, EMDR, CFT and Mindfulness.

Smart CBT was founded by Sarah Gibbs, a fully qualified and BABCP accredited CBT psychotherapist, with more than 10 years of clinical expertise in health and social care and leadership.
