My child was distressed at the loud music & how busy the store was during your Easter Party while shopping with my neice for her birthday present. My son settled at the back of the store where it was quieter. To get the children a free party bag we would have had to put my child through distress so were happy to leave after paying for our goods without the free gifts for the children, however Reece kindly went out of his way & produced party bags for both children to avoid more sensory overload to my son. Both children were delighted to have not missed out. Thank you, great customer services.

Great place for toys well always use smyths, just a shame it's built on a historic site.

Love the Rayleigh Store. Always great service and we had a wonderful time on Saturday with the Easter Egg Hunt and finding a car seat. THANK YOU
