Where to start! What a fantastic holiday. From the moment I spoke to Wendy to make an initial enquiry right through to leaving Puy-Saint-Vincent 2 days later than planned due to our car breaking down on the drive out, nothing was too much trouble and every member of the Snowbizz team went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect family ski holiday.



Our boys (2 and 4) have never been left anywhere other than our local preschool yet they happily ran into the creche everyday without looking back. The ski instructors were great with them and by the end of the week our 4 year old was happily turning all the way down the beginner slope on his own.



We left our car 3 and a half hours away from Puy-Saint-Vincent after it broke down on the journey out and continued in a hire car. Due to the Easter weekend our car couldn't be collected until the Tuesday after we were due to leave. Snowbizz didn't have any accommodation available for us but Michel went out of his way to find us somewhere to stay in the resort, came along with me to get the keys, phoned the car garage to find out what was happening with the car and made sure the boys could keep their ski gear for a few extra days. Literally nothing was too much trouble.



The skiing is brilliant - empty slopes, no lift queues, lots of variety and we've not even started to explore off piste yet.



Thank you to the Snowbizz team for making our first family ski holiday a memorable one for all the right reasons. The first thing we're going to do when we finally get home is work out when we can come back.

We've just returned from a 1 week family holiday with Snowbizz in Puy St Vincent. 2 adults, 2 kids. I very rarely leave reviews, but had such a positive experience I feel I must give credit where credit is due!



The Snowbizz team have created something really special. The resort of Puy is ideal for family skiing with runs for beginners and plenty of runs for the more advanced skiers. Great snow and a nice valley which seems to be well known for the lack of wind.



The snowbizz team of nannies (aka pink coats girls!) were extremely good at what they do and this is what makes the experience. Nothing is too much trouble and they were genuinely and proactively helpful at all times. Testament to the team is that our kids (5, 8 yrs old) came back from their morning and evening sessions absolutely buzzing every time. They loved it. You can see the team love their job and this shows. It allows us as parents to go off and ski/eat/drink and enjoy ourselves too. Happy days!

We have returned from a fantastic week with Snowbizz, three families with a total of six children (2 in Totons and 4 in Juniors). I honestly cannot fault the Company, resort or staff. The office staff in UK are excellent and really listened to our needs to tailor the holiday. In regards to the resort we have skied in the US and Europe without children. This was our first time taking the boys and we had our concerns as some resorts in Europe can be busy, narrow runs and windy with accommodation next to the ski lifts being incredibly expensive (we didn’t fancy the morning ski bus). In our opinion Puy is on par with resorts in the US- wide runs, tree skiing, excellent snow making to ensure runs not icy, quiet, everyone incredibly friendly at lifts, ski instructors outstanding, not windy and sunshine in January! The evening club is fantastic and Pink Ladies are great, all the children loved it (and are still singing the Snowbizz song) and we enjoyed eating dinner in peace! We have already booked for next year and counting down the weeks. Thank you again Snowbizz!

We have just had our first holiday with Snowbizz and the whole family had an amazing time. We were very blessed with the weather and experienced Puy in all conditions from bright warm sunshine to crisp clear days to snow and low cloud and loved it all.



The accommodation is fairly basic but warm and cosy, plus as we were out skiing and the kids in kids clubs, we hardly spent any time in the apartment anyway.



The staff are all amazing and very kind and helpful which made the visit so much easier. Michel the snow director was always there at the beginning and end of ski lessons and if there were any activities. He was almost omnipresent, it was amazing his attention to what was going on in resort.



We will be back and we have already been thinking about when that will be! I hope that the snow is as good for those going out this year as we have had.

We had a week with Snowbizz 2017 last week, it was fab. We've done a few ski holidays with our kids with larger operators which have also been good but Snowbizz definitely has the same high standards we've experienced before but you get a much more personal touch from Snowbizz and they were very flexible and helpful! All the staff were excellent and it was good to have the owner Michel somewhere nearby all the time. The kids, 2 and 4 were very happy in the crèche and Totons, the 4 yr old not really wanting to leave sometimes if we collected him early, which is not normal. The resort is quite small compared to some we've been to but there's enough skiing to do (and potential for much more if the snow had been better) and a great place to learn something new if you want. It makes it a more relaxing holiday if you're not hurrying out the door each morning racing to the pistes.



We're probably going to go back next year and will definitely be recommending to other families. Thank you Snowbizz for a great family holiday 😃

Thank you Snowbizz for making our first family ski holiday so memorable! From booking the holiday to arriving in the resort, nothing was too much trouble for this company. A great resort to learn to ski. Sebastian thoroughly enjoyed his lessons and the evening entertainment, allowing us time to enjoy the restaurants. Fantastic Sledging for the children and adults and recommend taking a snowmobile if you get the chance. We will definitely be back.

Snowbizz you are the only holiday that makes me cry when we come home from a holiday in Puy. Start to finish you are absolutely fantastic, your child care is amazing and the girls who look after our children are the best, you actually leave your children knowing they are in the best care and so well looked after. Over the last 25 years I have been to puy for a good 15 of them , I took my daughter there at 3 months and fealt very at ease leaving her with the nannies , as she grew up I knew that it was the only place I wanted to take her skiing . Haveing been to many other resorts in Europe Puy still has that home like feeling . So,whilst it may not be the most challenging resort if you have kids then all I can say is I don't think there could be anywhere better .

What am I going to tell you that the 5 star reviews on the website don’t?



Well there’s a reason why they are five stars and that’s not because they have handpicked the best of the best, its simple. The snowbizz team are masters of what they do.



Above all we can’t rate the Snowbizz team highly enoughly, their attention to detail and customer care both in the Uk and in Puy St Vincent is second to none, I don’t think you will find a more attentive tour operator.



The pink ladies do everything they can to make your holiday the best it can be nothing is too much trouble, the kids wanted to be in ‘club’ all day everyday, picking them up on a night they couldn’t stop talking about the activities, from Pizza and Crepe nights, to Treasure hunts winter Olympics there was something for all age ranges.



The Resort is ideal for Families, everything is on your doorstep. Seriously within 500m, Cafes, Bars, Resturants shops, slopes and lifts. No lugging kids ski across the resort, no worrying about making the last ski lift. The lifts at both 1400m and 1600m are easily accessible and all the main runs in the resort come back to these. From the lifts there are a number of wide runs that cover all the ski grading’s so for a family you can all ski from the top with out to much difficulty.



The lessons are great and personally supervised by Michel, the instructors are attentive to individual needs and continually motivate the children to want to learn more. Following a mornings skiing with their instructors all our kids wanted to do was to show us what they had learnt and boy were we amazed at what they could do after four or five lessons, blue runs were a doddle.



I think that the biggest accolade that we can give the Snowbizz team is that within a week of being back we have already booked for next year and our group of 12 has increased to 16 with some more friends wanting to join in the fun.

Just returned from our first family ski holiday and totally loved it!! Everyone at Snowbizz were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I have two daughters 10yrs & 8yrs both desperate to return and make this our annual winter break. I can highly recommend the snake trail ride, lots of fun & great experience.

Just returned from our 2nd snowbizz holibob and already planning next year. This is a fabulous company who go out of their way to make your week in the snow an unforgettable experience. The resort is perfect for families with little kids who are finding their ski legs with enough blues and reds to keep most adults happy. Being able to go off for the morning skiing knowing the kids are well cared for and enjoying their lessons is priceless. Having a couple of extra hours to yourself in the evening whilst the kids are entertained is the cherry on the top. It actually feels like a proper holiday for the kids and the parents. Can't wait to return next year.

Just returned from an incredible first family skiing trip. I don’t normally leave reviews, however just back after our first family skiing holiday with Snowbix and the team definitely deserve a 5 star rating and a special thank you! The whole family had a great holiday, resort and all Snowbizz staff were amazing (genuinely couldn’t do more for you and obviously enjoy their jobs). This couldn’t have been demonstrated further when on our morning of departure at 6am our rental car broke down (3 hrs before our flight home😬). The Snowbizz team were brilliant even though we hadn’t gone through them for travelling. Michael organised a taxi (which was no easy task at that time of the morning), Hayley was marvellous entraining the kids and Natalie sorted out the car rental company & flights at Turin airport. We made our flight home however there is no doubt this wouldn’t have been achieved without there help. We are extremely grateful to them all and appreciate all there efforts (especially on a busy changeover day). I’ll be singing your praises to anyone that’ll listen. If you looking for a good honest family fun holiday with great service end to end this is the holiday for you.

Fantastic holiday! Thank you so much Snowbizz for providing a very stress free, straight forward family ski holiday in a fabulous location which catered for a wide range of abilities (absolute beginner-advanced). Snowbizz thought through the smallest details which made all the difference! The kids loved it so much that they cried when they had to hand back their skis! Already looking forward to 2016!

Fantastic holiday as usual, our 5th year with Snowbizz and nobody does it better. Dax was very well looked after in the ski school and evening clubs and the outdoor pool was great for an afternoon off.

We had a go on the boardercross track with jumps and banked turns, I was only half way and Dax had finished, thrashed by an 8year old! Cannot wait until next year!

Fantastic - can't recommend Snowbizz enough, especially for families with young children. We got back yesterday and I think we need to book soon for next year as I'm getting ski withdrawal already!

Another excellent holiday with Snowbizz. This was our third year and I can't imagine anywhere better for families with young children. Eleanor started in Totons the first year we came and has progressed onto the slopes. This year, her six year old maturity brought with it a heightened sense of risk ("I will fall over if I go too fast and it hurts!" Was her complaint before one ski lesson). With Snowbizz, I don't need to worry about my little skier having moments of reluctantance, small group sizes, excellent instructors and confidence boosting care from the pink ladies meant that she went to every lesson and came back smiling.



No coaxing at all is required to get our, often shy, girl to kids club. She was desperate to go to every activity every night, forcing her parents to eat out in one of the many nearby restaurants.



Every thing about skiing with Snowbizz is easy. Thanks to some fantastic snowfall at the start of the week, we were able to ski right to the door. We dropped Eleanor in kids club every morning, enjoyed an hours free skiing before assembling for ski school. Adult ski school was pitched just right.



This year, we did sample resort facilities we haven't used in previous years, as I took a tumble being over ambitious on the pendine run prior to my lesson and then fell again during my lesson as the concussion caught up with me. Thank you to Sebastian for looking after me so well on piste and Michel for being there to meet me off piste and sorting everything out with the doctor. We assume that falls only happen to other people, but accidents can happen anytime and the Snowbizz care in resort meant what could have been a scary, complicated experience is now consigned to amusing annecdote.



Despite the sore head, we will be back again next year. There is no better place for a family to start a skiing habit together. Thank you Snowbizz for getting us started and keeping us going during the bumpy bits!
