great fun for all the family. in our party however, just the children participated in the ski bobs and ringo - they loved it!!!! Great bar area for hot drinks. And the food choice appeared to be varied although we didn't stay for food

We had our wedding reception at Snowtrax last month and the whole package was fantastic. Stuart who helped with our planning was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so obliging, especially on the day and all our guests had a wonderful time! Although unusual, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Snowtrax as a venue for a wedding; we hired both function rooms which worked very well and there was plenty to keep the guests entertained. Excellent. Thank you to everyone who was involved!!!

We had a party here today for my daughter all the children had a great time and the staff were very helpful and friendly couldn't fault them at all really pleased will definitely recommend and will be returning in the future :-)

Took my son for his first Ski lesson today- he loved it! Quite by chance he was able to have a lesson today as a cancellation came up and we were there at the right time. Karen was brilliant, understanding, kind and encouraging. Would 100% recommend, we’ve booked again for the ski tots session and my son can’t wait to get back out on the skis! (He’s 2 1/2!!)

User

The adventure playground is really good for my nearly 3 yr old! Loved trampling, climbing, sliding and running around the under cover forest playpark! Highly recommend

User

Thank you SO much to all the staff that helped Blandford Scout Group have an amazing evening last night! 83 young people fed and watered without any delays and had a great time on the slopes!! We’ve had lots of positive comments from families who have never ventured over before!

My wife and stepdaughter took part in the board taster on your open day. Was hooked. Since then we came up this Saturday for a 1 to 1 with Brad her enthusiasm has boiled over since and booked again. This coming Saturday thank you for being good and enthusiastic ambassadors to our lovely sport. I can't big up brad enough and wish him well in his career within the industry. Snow track your kind and friendly atmosphere is family oriented and chilled thanks again. The Browns x

My 8 year old daughter had an all day lesson today and loved it!! Helen looked after her brilliantly and it was a struggle to get her off of the slopes at the end of the day!

User

Kids had a really great day of personal tuition with Helen. The facilities were excellent and the coach was superb. She pitched the day perfectly, and was super-supportive throughout the day. The kids left positive and enthused. We will be back.

User

Hired the hall for my daughters wedding. They let us decorate it as we wanted and it looked stunning. The food was excellent and so much of it. Staff could not do enough for us and although very professional we felt we were among friends. The staff are a real credit to Snow trax. We cannot thank you enough and highly recommended your venue.

Had my son's 5th birthday party there yesterday. Although the weather was terrible and we had to cut our hour on the ringos short by 15 mins because the kids were soaked, we basically had the slope to ourselves and the kids had a great time. It didn't matter that we finished the ringos early as the kids were able to dry off and warm up in the soft play but before going through for their food.

User

Fantastic experience. The skibobs and skitubes were busy all day so be patient and you’ll have fun. Be careful of your little ones if they have never done it before esp re the skilift as the smaller they are the more nervous of getting on it!! My nephew (14 yrs) had private boarding lesson which was superb and well worth the money. Staff were lovely and helpful too. Have fun...we did.

User

Brilliant service from the lady this morning when my 3 year old tried the ringos for the first time. Great early bird deal and use of the park! Fab time cant wait to return. Lovely and clean throughout too.

User

Awesome team of staff. Knowledgeable and well trained in set up and servicing of skis and boots. Probably the largest stock of ski and board equipment in the U.K. Unbeatable prices even with a price promise! If traveling from far, go on down, do your shopping, test what you bought on the top quality dry slope and then hit the restaurant for probably one of the best burgers you'll ever eat. Bar has good beer an all!

Special thanks to Dan in the shop top knowledge and all round nice guy

There was a Group of 11 of us that visited snowtrax yesterday with a highlifedeals voucher which was for two adults and two children. This was a bit misleading as it said everyone gets 30 mins on the ringoes or bib skis then admittance to the adventure park however the small print then said the session was for the kids only so I was a little disappointed! I also couldn't work out why the voucher said it was worth £27.40. Nevertheless we paid for two adults to do the ringoes with the kids and took turns between the four of us so we all had a brilliant time doing it. So much so that we paid for another session for two kids and one adult (again taking it in turns) to do it in the afternoon. We had a brilliant day but there was one thing that we felt worth mentioning. It seemed very chaotic at first and when we went out for out first session there were so many people doing the ringoes all at once it took forever to go back up and have another turn. There was a party on of 12kids and bearing in mind there was 11 of us, there were also other people doing it so we felt like we didn't really get alot out of the first 30 mins, much of that time was spent waiting. Thinking of it from a parent's point of view I would have been really annoyed if I had paid for my kids party and there were loads of other people there at the same time. I would have thought it would make sense to allocate a set number of people to one session so just having the party of 12 or a set number of people do it at once meaning less chaos at the top! The second time we did it there was just us and four other people for the first 15 mins then a massive group of people came out and again it was chaos. Which was a shame! Originally there was a guy at the top who was really energetic and making the experience fun for the kids, he went off and was replaced with a girl who looked like she didn't want to be there and wasn't really putting much effort in to be honest! The other thing was that the kids went on the pirate ship and had got some sticky brown muck all over their hands, unsure what it was but looked disgusting (ruled out anything from a nappy!!) Apart from that it was great and we would come back and recommend it but maybe knowing it wouldn't be so chaotic. I appreciate it is summer hols but even so if there was a system in place where a max of 12 people had a 30 or 60 mins session they come in the next lot go out, it would mean everyone gets a good go!!?

User

The family were there again this year but they have changed the way the Ringo's enter the slope. There use to be one or two attendants pushing or spinning the Ringo's ( kids of all ages loved it) but now we have to go through a metal guide and parents aren't allowed to share a Ringo with there younger children. Not so much fun now but that's 'Health & Safety' for you.

User

It was hot hot in the bar, it’s the coldest and hottest place all at once.

I like it and will be back.

User

For dry ski slope its really good had a great time on main slope.

Only thing didnt likr is the pommer lift not nice apart from that great.

User

Just come back from a weekend away and I think the same member of staff was rude with attitude to my kids. A older member of staff teaching people to ski with instructor on his back was quite rude to my kids. First ever visit to this place to have a day out on the ringos and adventure park. Food was okay, and the rest of the staff were lovely, just a shame about this person who came extremely close to having to deal with me the way he spoke to my 8 and 10yrs old boys.
