Repair to my Cartier watch, did an amazing job, repair part replaced with original part, very competitive rates, cost a lot less than if Cartier had done it! And done in a reasonable time, would highly recommend, trustworthy company

I took my old engagement ring to Sappho as my wedding band was rubbing against it and was wearing it thin. Concerned that my diamond would fall out I wanted a new setting made. We sat and decided that a whole new ring would be better. I chose a rubover setting in rose gold with a silver band. The other concern I had was that I was moving to France. Sappho put my mind at ease and said once made she would send them (she kept my wedding band for measurements) by registered mail. A couple of weeks later I received my rings. Not only did I have my new ring Sappho had polished my wedding band. They fitted and sat perfectly together. There wasn't any scrimping on the rose gold either. I'm so happy with what Sappho has made and have recommended her to family and friends. Will definitely use her again.
