Excellent service and lovely efficient staff!
I’m currently still waiting to be seen for a contact lens assessment which they talked me into doing. It’s been 30 minutes with no staff able to update me how much longer I will have to wait.
I can’t tell you how bad this company is, rude staff who don’t have a clue and when the Optician gets it wrong and admitted they got it wrong, the counter staff tried to insist that it was us that was the problem not them had to go back five times then when requesting a refund got told cannot refund the eye test and would only refund the glasses. Don’t trust as far as you can throw them I can’t believe the level of customer service we have received from this company I would never ever recommend this company to any other person ever
