Just a quick thanks to Serena for a great colour and cut on my first ever appointment at Spirit HW. I'm new to the area and delighted to find a salon on the same street as me. I booked many weeks in advance and now having experienced Serena's expertise and execution, can understand why she's so in demand! The salon is relaxed, fun and friendly, yet ultra professional and filled with people who really seem to enjoy being there, clients and staff alike. I'll be back! (...just as soon as I can squeeze into Serena's busy schedule!)

I’ve been to all 3 salons over the years and now I’ve got one only 10 mins away �. Love them all. Always a great atmosphere, lovely staff and fab hair to go away with!

I went to Lauren turner’s salon in Downley yesterday and was so impressed by her coaching of apprentices but also her evident respect of clients. She talked Jade, her amazing apprentice, through a really difficult cut, only intervened when she was trying to teach a new trick, was always available to re-check, supervise but ultimately encouraged her. I am currently unemployed for the first time in 25 years but seeing people like Lauren made me think the future is reassured!

I never usually write reviews but the amount of time/care/effort that Livvy in the Downley branch put into getting my hair perfect definitely deserves a mention. I had horrible grown out highlights that she spent over 7 hours completely recolouring and making them the icey grey that I wanted. I've been having highlights since I was about 15 and she did by far the best job I've ever had. Thanks Livvy you super star!!

I love this place (High Wycombe, Downley) I've been coming to Spirit since 2002 and I had my hair done there for my wedding back in 2006. I had my hair coloured and cut by Lucy today and it looks amazing! Exactly what I wanted. Thanks again guys for a lovely day!

Excellent all round. Love that you can book appointments online - was quick, easy & booking was confirmed by text message the next day. I had my hair cut by Brooke in Wallingford. She was very welcoming when I arrived, offering me drinks & magazines to make sure I was comfortable. She listened to what I wanted doing to my hair and I left with exactly what I had in mind. Cannot fault it. Will be back :-)

Amazing experience , first time I've ever had my hair coloured, can't recommend Tracey enough, she did a fantastic job. A very warm and friendly team, everyone should go to Spirit Hair in Farnham Common!!!
