Exciting times at the Hotel....

top nosh lovely 😊 well worth it, like the new look they have done since the last time I was there
once again a great Christmas night out . food was lovely and piping hot. only downside we did wait for over an hour for main course after starter. it was really busy though ... great atmosphere will defiantly be back
We was at a wedding on Saturday 8th July and the staff was lovely the food was nice and catered for my allegys and the room was lovely only thing I would say would be some more pillows. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and hot and again the staff were great
Tried out the new menu last night, absolutely top class. For all the nay-sayers out there who remember ‘the old Springfield’ try the food, and you will see what a genuine step change there has been.
We eat out a lot, and our meal last night was sublime, easily the best restaurant in the area.
This is the third visit and it's one of my favourite places staff are just excellent nothing is too much trouble and they are all so very friendly and helpful especially Kath the receptionist and Paul the manager defo be back again xxx
The Springfield hotel helped to make our wedding day perfect. As the bride I had the bridal suite the night before the wedding which I stayed in with my mum and sister, it was so much bigger that expected and such a treat to be in! The breakfast in the morning was spectacular also! Lovely hot and fresh food with so much choice! I also had the bridal suite the night of the wedding with my husband and the decorations that were placed about was such a lovely touch for a newly wed couple. All the staff involved on the day were amazing, special thanks for Paul, for just being amazing all round since we booked the wedding and thanks to Becky who was also a massive help on the day.
The wedding breakfast was spectacular, we had so many compliments on all the food, especially the roast potatoes and how large the portions sizes were.
Once again massive thanks to the hotel for making our wedding perfect.
Thank you so much for all your help with my wedding day! You were also kind and patient through the whole day! The food was absolutely gorgeous and all my guests were saying too. And a big massive thankyou to Paul the events manager who helped me through it all and made the day fantastic as ever! So I can't thank yous enough xx had the best day xx
My son got married last week and it was a fabulous day. The staff, especially Paul (who helped calm me down too) who was amazing and lovely with my grandaughter too. Also Becky who was brilliant too. The food was amazing..thank you to the chef Scott...everyone said the food was supberb. All the waiting on staff,behind the bar staff and reception too were all brilliant. Thank you for making Ashley & Beccis day go smoothly and amazing. Highly recommended to anyone getting married to use this hotel...FABULOUS
Lovely place well situated , had a surprise spa day and stay , fab facial and full body massage , room clean and spacious attentive staff good food , all in all an enjoyable day would recommend this establishment .
Just spent three nights here. Best three nights at any hotel I've been at. Food was great, staff are fantastic. What more could you want. Basic spa and pool facilities, but they are good and we only shared them once in the three days.
We will definitely be back even though we live 30 minutes away.
3 � hotel but 5 � staff.
Had a lovely meal at the hotel tonight, it’s great that as a local resident that I can walk to the hotel have great food and a Duvel beer �
Great hotel and rooms have been re furbed since i was last here in 2015 so its even better, food is superb and the little gym and pool is a real winner, staff and management cannot do enough for you. The place is better than hotels costing way more.
Great experience from start to finish, staff welcoming, service great, great selection of beverages, would definitely recommend for a special occasion!
Absolutely fantastic weekend thank you so much the staff where lovely and so kind hearted, honestly our wedding couldn't have been even better, thank you soooooo much!!! Very big special thanks to Paul for keeping the day running amazingly and running around like a headless chicken honestly the man is a diamond! See you all when we pop in for lunch haha xxxx
Absolutely beautiful, place looks stunning and the food was to die for! The cost is incredibly reasonable and the staff are all welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place �
This was our 2nd time here,stayed Friday night came for an Abba tribute night really enjoyed our selves .Food was great ,staff really friendly and welcoming only down side this year was our room,Bed tiny for 2 people and room needs updating last year our room was really nice, it was in newer part of hotel .
I stayed here on monday night and was welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who showed me to my room as it was a bit of a maze which i really liked. The hotel upon first impression could do with some work but it looks like they are on with it cos my room was nice. The food was lovely and the staff all friendly.
Had a meal there last night , the food was lovely , the staff where pleasent and friendly, but had to wait a while for the food to arrive , with having children with you they get boared, maybe supply colouring pencils and colouring books to keep them occupied , otherwise it was a pleasent night ...
Had a Sunday dinner for the first time yesterday the food is delicous and all home made, it all came out piping hot and fresh. Only downside was there was only 2 roast potatoes and no extra gravy and the puddings were not consistent in size. Overall though delicious food, great for family gatherings and lovely staff. Will be returning.
