St. Peter’s Yaxley is an open, contemporary, evangelical church, devoted to loving God and our community. Our aim is to reach out in love and faith into the communities in which we live, work and play. Our desire is to see God’s love transform lives, so that all in the Yaxley area would come to believe, trust and hope in Jesus Christ.

At St. Peter's we are currently looking at ways we can support adoptive and foster families. We intend to have an initial meeting in September to see what this may look like, and will be inviting back Sharon from Home For Good to join us. Home for Good are a Christian charity who seek to find a home for every child that needs one.

It's just been pointed out to me that the notice in the Yaxley Gazette about the Strawberry Tea this weekend is incorrect. Angela and Barry, and Paul and I, will be delighted if you all came on Sunday at 3.00, and stayed for the Evening Service at 6.00 - not on Saturday!! £5 a head, accompanied children free - a raffle, paddling pool, and more strawberries and cake than you can eat......bring a towel for your little one. If you are able to bring a cake or a raffle prize, or a couple of folding chairs to sit on, that would be much appreciated!
