We had a great Sunday morning out at Lilleshall 10k at the weekend. Here are some of the level 4's and 6's providing well deserved massages to the runners post race.

That’s a wrap! Congratulations to all of our clients taking part in today’s event! And a massive thank you to all our Staffordshire University sports therapy students for their hard work throughout today. They massaged over 100 runners! Don’t forget all runners get 5 free sports massage treatments as part of their Stafford Half Marathon entry! You have until the 30th April to use them, get booked in! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️

It was a very soggy start middle and end to yesterdays Rourkies Cat and Fiddle 55km cycle event. Our students were stood and at the ready to welcome all the cyclists back with a complimentary massage. We were very impressed with you all and hope your warmed up nice and quick!!

What a fantastic first week we had in our new SUST clinic. We had lots of new and familiar faces visit us to sort their aches and pains.
With this in mind we only have TWO appointments left for this week!!!!

A lovely sunny crisp morning at the Shugborough 10k for Katharine House Hospice. We have Shelly, Lorraine, Arif, Jake, Laura, Caitlin and Kerry here to provide pre and post run massages for those taking part. Good luck everyone!!!!
