Our advanced swimmers are doing their distance swims today, swimming anything from 1500m-10,000m!!!! Could you swim 50-500 lengths? What an achievement, can’t wait to see all the swimmers pass 🏆

We are open this weekend - closed 22nd onwards for one week half term and Greensward off for two weeks!

Lots of private lessons available in Oct half term with “Emma’s school holiday swimming”.... We highly recommend using them for crash courses and 121s.

Do you have a baby between 8m - 20m that you would like lessons for. Strokes swim school highly recommends Sun mornings at King Edmunds with Joni Lee’s Little Swimmers.

Greensward is closed this morning, for some reason the site staff have not opened up the building. This is a picture of our poor swimming teachers standing in the cold waiting for site staff and swimmers to turn up. We couldn’t be more sorry. I will be contacting the school to make a complaint. Joni (one very frustrated swim school manager)

This swim school has been amazing with my Adhd son .. so attentive and understanding.. can't thank this swim school enough for helping my son .. have found not everyone understands him ..bit strokes took him on and he now lobes swimming x

Strokes have been fabulous for my little swimmers (aged 4 &8.) Both are progressing brilliantly with their instructors and love their swimming lessons. Thanks Strokes staff!!

Started swimming lessons for my son here last year and I am really impressed with all x the swimming teachers are really nice and harry has come along way already x very happy and would recommend to anyone x

My daughter started last year !

She has come on so much and loves swimming !

She gives me a heart attack everytime I watch her she has no fear when in the water e.g

Jumping in , going under water or trying anything new !

The swim staff our all lovely and work really hard to teach all our kids to swim xx

They all do a fantastic job xxx

My Daughter has been swimming with Strokes for just over a year now. When she first started she was so fearful of the water but today seeing her jump in the deep end and swim on her own was such a proud moment for me. Her teachers Laura and Megan have been fantastic, giving her that little boost when her confidence lacks. She is swimming brilliantly at the age of 5 and we are very thankful to strokes!

Hi I wanted to send you the following picture of my eldest (Emelia Craddock) swimming on holiday this half term to show how fantastic your teachers are! Her confidence has grown so much and she is becoming such a strong swimmer. She was the first one in the water every day and the last one out. Thank you to all the teachers she has had but especially Kieran as she has really come along in the last few weeks.

Having attended another swimming school after lesson 1 I left feeling deflated and shocked that in 30 mins my daughter had only swam 5 widths. Mainly because there were so many in the class. Lesson 2 I walked out half way through and looked elsewhere. Thankfully I found these amazing people. My two started with Vicki then had Megan then Megan and Jordan and now have Diane. I can honestly say each instructor has pushed my kids to be the best that they can be. Really pleased with this swim school and would recommend to all. I use this in term time and also Emma’s swim school in the holidays. Both swam confidently from an early age and enjoy their lessons on a Sunday. Really pleasedwith their continuing progress.

A great swim school and reasonable prices too.

Amazing swim school, can't rate it high enough. My little girls confidence has shot throu the roof due to the fantastic teachers, who I can tell have a kind and caring nature but the super ability to encourage them to try and improve.....plus the fab skill to get my daughter to listen haha. So happy . Plus the intense courses are like some crazy miracle in what they got my daughter to achieve. Can't wait for her 1:1 sessions next week . Seeing her get so much enjoyment and that she loves her two teachers has made it even more special. Thank you xx
