It's amazing xx low impact but so much fun is had in classes xx great to meet new people xxx

I really enjoyed this class! I went along for the first time tonight to Leigh community center and didn’t really know what to expect! Everyone was really friendly and the instructor was lovely, she was very patient and showed us newbies the steps as many times as we needed! Look forward to going again next week!

I love it, fantastic way to learn new dances, keep fit, have fun? Get fabulous instruction from a very patience instructor, fantastic music, meet great friendly people, many different class locations and great social life. Would highly recommend it, no upper or lower age limit really.

Had great fun Sam is fun I was nackerd 😂😜😀 👍🏿 X

Great way of exercising and socialising. I've been going a year now and met some lovely people. Men and woman come along, all of us thoroughly enjoy it as much as each other. Xx
