Sundaes Gelato is delighted to announce making Vegan Gelato beside the six flavour of sorbet. as of today we offer Orange flavour but for sure will make more flavours soon.

Today, due to heavy snow we are closed during the day and may open in the evening only. Thank you.

friendly and authentic Italian service. Family run company. More choices than you could wish... they gave us testers to help us make up our minds. We couldn't choose and went for 3 scoops each. The word scoops is misleading... heaped piles would be better. Filled me up deliciously. Glad i didn't eat dinner first!! Can't wait to go back!!

Wow, just wow! We used 2go 2Belly boos in Gorelstone for a shake. Won’t b having to travel so far now as this is just on our doorstep & rate it better. 😁 Lots of diffeent choices of sweet treats

I don't understand why some people have rated this place 1,2,3 stars and commented with little things that could of been raised there and then with the manager to make sure it doesn't happen again if that was the case after all it is a newly business.

We came with a big group, and it was very busy too they managed to accommodate us no problem.

After deciding what to have, we faced a little queue which is understandable as it's a busy place, followed by a big smile (the staff). I ordered the velvet milk chocolate crepe and pistachio gelato shake, which came after a little while. I must say I'm not a big fan of ice creams but I really enjoyed as they had 48 flavours which left me with lots of choices. Second visit is definitely on the cards when I visit Norwich again! I would highly recommend this place a visit.

We came for husband's birthday and our children have been in heaven with all the choice. It was so lovely that I was able to have a choice too, being lactose intolerant I usually end up with a fruit salad in other places. The dairy-free sorbets are to die for! I can highly recommend the pineapple one. Husband was very happy with his birthday sundae!

Visited for the first time last Thursday as it was my daughter's birthday. As I walked in and saw the array of icecreams on offer I let out a very tiny squeal. This place is amazing. I was far more excited than the kids! I had the Our Sun Pat shake. OMFG. Absolute heaven. Kids and hubby had sundaes, they couldn't finish them! So much icecream, so little time. Hubby had a flat white. Made perfectly. We will be back... many times! Just go. You will not regret it :)

My second visit here yesterday but my other half’s first! He didn’t want to go but me and the kids dragged him (we already love it) he came out raving about the place! Best waffle and latte he’d ever had! It’s definitely our number one place for a treat and the kids love picking from all the different flavours! �����

Just enjoyed a delicious warm cookie dough and ice-cream dessert and a hot chocolate. It was difficult to choose......Try it, you won't be disappointed �

Absolutely loved it. We are wheelchair users but no problem for the staff getting the ramp out for us so we could get in. I quite possibly had the best crepe (marshmallow cloud) and Latte Macchiato I have had! So much choice! Staff friendly. Very quiet on a Monday afternoon but would thoroughly recommend for a special tasty treat �

Very bad service! Long time waiting to be served, staff is rude and dont ask if we need any help or want we want. Ive asked 2 icexream in a cone with 2 scoops and booth fall on the floor cos it was not made in scoops and cone was broken. Presentation is very bad. Ended up leaving cos couldn't waint more than 10 minutes to be given a bottle of water while there was no one to be served.. poor very poor.

Unfortunately met with awful looks from a female member of staff. Menus filthy as we're table number stands. Long wait all served different times no apology.

Daughter who's only young didn't mind but I felt like I'd let her down taking her to somewhere where they didn't make any effort or keep things clean. No-one wants to work on a weekend but it's not fair to be that miserable when customers come to celebrate special occasions ! Not returning

One staff member told me some ice creams are gluten-free and some aren’t(no help with pointing out which ones) When I went back to order a Nutella one that were gluten free when I was on holiday in Italy I was told by a second staff member no ice creams were gluten free. The Italians had no problems offering multiple gluten free ice cream choices and gluten-free cones so it can be done.
