So who's joining us at Swaffham parkrun tomorrow?
Still in need of a Finish Token volunteer for the morning so if you fancy a go at that please let us know asap.
It's looking a bit on the breezy side for the morning but nothing too serious until later in the day though, so we should be OK to run. David and I will be onsite from 8 am to assess any issues and will post on here if there is any last minute cancellation on safety grounds.

Hi All, In need of a couple of Timers and Marshals for the weekend. Please let us know if you can help. Huge thank you to all those who have already volunteered .

This weekend 6th October marks 14 years since parkrun began. Since then 192,051,187km have been run by 3,238,944 runners/joggers/walkers in 20 countries across the world. 401,519 of you have volunteered.
So who's joining us this weekend to see our 1500th finisher cross the line? Small numbers in comparison but each a big part of the total.
Is this week the time that you give it a go for the first time? Signup at parkrun.org.uk/register and come along to give it a go. The onl...y thing we ask is Don't Forget Your Barcode.
The course is flat, buggies are welcome as are people of all ages and abilities. No one finishes last at parkrun as someone always volunteers to do so.
