What a great experience! I was greeted by Harley, and Rick took care of my beardy needs. I Was also offered a hot drink and seated straight away, I was even a few minutes late but that didn't matter. They took care of everything for me and i would 100% recommend to a friend. I would also greatly recommend their beard products which smell great and keeps the Mrs happy. See you next time!

I've been using Swagger & Jacks for several months now and haven't been disappointed once. The service is fantastic, there's always a laugh to be had and most importantly, they always do a fantastic job (cheers Elliot). Would recommend to anyone.

I'm old school Brylcreem & Brut for the most part and ritually slap on both before leaving the house for work each day.....but I'm on the turn!

Having recently been gifted some Swagger & Jacks goodies; in a Posh paper bag I might add, I had a little dabble!

The Swagger & Jacks 'Defining Creme' came in a nice tin; which I might keep for my boiled sweets later, and wasn't childproof, so I was sorted! You don't need but more than a dab of it on your finger to go a long way. It doesn't have that slick feeling of Brylcreem going on, but that was a minor adjustment. It does though, set your mop nicely with a natural finish to it. I normally get back from work looking like I've been dragged through a bush, but this product had me returning just like I'd left...very handsome!

My other treat was Swagger & Jacks Face Moisturiser. This comes in a nifty, shiny, mitt sized pump dispenser; which could easily double as an excellent Kubaton...if you were violent like that. This stuff is lovely. Though, I'm a bloke thank you and shall be telling myself it's balm, not moisturiser. Smells old school face balm heaven and guaranteed to get your other half on the frisky side at the slightest whiff!

I was feeling low when I entered this establishment and not one for gentleman's pampering entered with a certain amount of scepticism. After a small discussion regarding my likes, desires and fears the very capable professional barber Guy, set too and created the sharp classic hair style that I was hoping would evolve. Too many times in the past I have spent a large amount of money in search of such a hair style at various styling establishments and without exception ALL have failed to achieve and I have left feeling demoralised and unhappy. Yesterday was a revelation thanks to Guy. He listened and understood my desire and created the look that I wanted. As a result I left the building feeling reinvigorated with a noticeable spring in my step. I am so glad I made the appointment and look forward to returning in the near future for another pampering session. Thanks Guy.

A cut-throat shave is something every gent should experience and something that's been on my bucket list for several years. A Christmas voucher did the trick and I had a full-on shave experience and hair-cut to leave the shop perfectly groomed. Thanks go to Matthew and Rick.

Today I had my first hair cut in 10years. After having dreadlocks for 8 years I was really apprehensive about my re-style.

Earlier in the week I first visited Swagger & Jacks to enquire about making an appointment.



The booking process was quick and efficient.

The customer service was great, professional yet personal.



Kieron was my barber, he got me an espresso and then proceeded to do an awesome job, he understood and created exactly the style I wanted. And gave me some good styling advice.



Overall a really great experience. Highly recommended.



UPDATE:

I no longer get my hair cut here, as good as my first experience was the booking system/process hasn't worked for me on 3 occasions.

My second visit to S&J was to book a haircut, I chose a date and time based on availability and was given a receipt with confirmation of booking details, turned up the following day only to discover that it hadn't actually been booked on their system.



The next couple of attempted bookings had apparently been cancelled via email sent to the wrong customer with the same name.



So I lost faith and kinda gave up...currently trying other barbers for the same quality of haircut
