When I came in I brought two bracelet one for my sister and for me was the first time I has brought anything Swarovski and I can now say its my new favorite jewellery the customer service was fantastic made you feel, I couldn't quite find the right size but the lady was lovely and kept getting more and more out for me to try, I would defiantly rate you to anyone was lovely and will shop here again, :)

What a great place. I walked in after work feeling very disheveled. I also had a preconception that the staff would snub me, this couldn't have been further from the truth. A lovely sales women called Hannah was very helpful.



Now I own a stunning necklace that I'm going to wear for my wedding.

Was served by a lovely young lady called Florence yesterday. Was looking for a Xmas present for my daughter. Couldn't decide between 2 beautiful rings. She was very patient and helpful with information enabling us to choose one (although my daughter's husband is going to visit to buy the other one!) Stunning shop with the most kind and helpful staff! . Will definitely be visiting again.

Today was my second visit to the Chapelfield store. Last time I got a beautiful necklace, this time I got a ring to match my necklace and some ear-rings. I was served by Sophia, who was very helpful but not pushy. As I'd spent over £100 I got a bonus pair of ear-rings which was a lovely surprise. Excellent service to go with fantastic products. Would highly recommend.

My mum came in to the Norwich store and was greeted and helped by Sara. My mum found Sara very helpful, a wonderful assistant and a credit to your store and company. My mum was desperate to buy me the Enchanted Rose and Belle ornaments for my birthday. This was a complete surprise to me as I had only expressed an interest in the larger red heart pendent necklace. Sara was very patient with mum and I believe they had previously spoken on the phone as my mum wanted to be sure she could purchase the rose ornament. While my mum and dad were there in store, my mum also found a beautiful watch that my dad purchased for her birthday.

Sara, you made us two very happy ladies. We shall definitely be visiting you again.

My first experience of shopping in the Swarovski Norwich shop and I was greeted with welcoming smiles immediately. I was served by Sara who was brilliant, a real credit to the team! Sara knew the products well and was very patient and polite. Sara helped my mum and I make a decision on earrings for Christmas as there are so many lovely products to choose from. Sara also made an effort to interact with my 16 month old niece which was lovely and made her smile! I couldn't praise all the staff enough, they all looked beautiful and professional whilst doing their upmost to ensure every customer was given the best service on a busy black Friday! I would definitely recommend this shop, prices are affordable and the jewellery is beautiful. Thank you to Sara for making our first experience such an enjoyable one, we will definitely be back.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jane who served me and my boyfriend today in the Chapelfield store. Greeted with a genuine welcoming and a friendly smile, a lovely lady. I couldn't praise her enough, especially when I couldn't decide between two bracelets, she was patient and extremely helpful offering her opinion. Jane even took the time to show me a technique to do the bracelet up by myself so my partner doesn't have to do it before he goes to work!



It's just a shame I now have to wait until Christmas to have wear my bracelet!!



I will definitely be visiting the shop again soon.

Before we left one of the sales assistants had found out when the item would be back I stock and took our name and said she would put it on hold on it. I popped back in today on my lunch break and there it was ready and waiting. My beautiful Rose �

Absolutely love this shop! I was a regular shopper and browser at the old shop, so was excited when you said you were moving into Chapelfield! I recently bought my Sisters 18th birthday present from you and the service was first class! Not pushy, and not too laid back, just right! I will definitely be visiting you again soon!

Went today to spend my birthday money I approached a young girl long brown hair very tanned she didn't smile wasn't very helpful at all I felt like she didn't want to even be at work there was no personality or passion to sell me anything my oldest daughter tried to talk to the lady she didn't even look at her!

I then felt I shouldn't be in here & it really put me off I had my heart set on the beautiful white sparkly cuff/bracelet! Its very sad to be treated by someone this way I then left the shop deflated to walk straight over to pandora to spend all my birthday money to meet 2 lovely bubbly young girls who loved talking to my girls asking them all about Christmas & to cheer me up! So sorry but felt I had to say something! X
