Men and woman if you are age 14+ and would like to try boxing whether for fitness or actually would like to try the ring come along meet our friendly team, fill in a joining pack and your ready to go ..Also good for self disapline self defence and self confidence. Due to a over whelming response with new members joining our new boxing gym, we have revaluated the opening times. This will take place Week commencing 8th April. This will give us more time to work with everyone, therefore please see below new times and schedules per age group.
