Some new exciting news at Teddy Station …………………….
We think it is time for a little change around at our Shop.
Thanks to you, our loyal customers, we are now in the top ten retailer’s in the UK for Steiff and for Charlie Bears. We now feel that we would like to do more for our members and customers to have a relaxing Teddytastic experience during your stay with us.... Buying a bear is a unique experience and we want to make it as special as we can for you all. Most of our collectors spend at least half an hour or more with us. Chatting about the new bears and catching up with the latest Teddy news. Due to the current trend and by customer request, we will be opening a small lounge area for our customers to meet up with fellow collectors and enjoy a complimentary beverage. Quite a few of our collectors travel to see us, so it will be nice to have a rest and relax when they arrive and to have a little more comfort while teddy shopping. We will have less space for our cabinets, so some of our other products and brands will have to go now to make room for your comfort.
For the first time ever, we will be holding a sale in our shop. All the end of line products will be half price, and some of our older Steiff and Charlie Bears stock will also be reduced. Shop Sale will start on Monday 6th August 2018 – Doors open 9:30am.
We hope you will like the changes we are making and look forward to seeing you in our new lounge for a chat soon.

Visited the shop yesterday was impressed with the service and knowledge of the lady working there couldn't leave without buying a bear as they are all so nice. Massive selection. Thank you.

This is the ultimate emporium for all teddy lovers. I could've easily stayed for hours checking out all the different types of teddy bears and could have spent a fortune. As it happens I did leave with Tony my first Charlie Bear who had to come home with us. Steve's passion, encyclopedic knowledge and warm welcome made the wonderful experience complete. Thanks Steve (and teddys... all individually named btw), we'll definitely be back again soon. Cheers, Wendy & Paul (and Tony has settled in nicely in his new home :-) )

Stunning shop my favourite shop in Southend purchased some bits over the weekend with my Husband and I am sure you remember us (The ones who bought Elsa, Anna and Olaf) we love your shop always visit when we have a day out in Southend but 1st time in purchasing in your shop and I would defiantly purchase again ☺️ Thanks again Emma & Graham (from Kent)

I called the teddy station to ask if I could possibly pay now an they send it in a week as I am going away on Saturday



They said oh don't worry it'll be with you on Friday (today)
