All classes will run as normal up to and including Friday 21 December, when we will have our Christmas party night. Uniforms do not have to be worn on this date and Christmas jumpers are encouraged! After this we will be closed for the Christmas & New Year and will re-open on Wednesday 2nd January. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year ✌️

Classes are more organised, calmer, more focused, and much more fun. For thousands of years, martial arts have been a tool for more than self-defence. They've helped kids develop amazing traits like discipline and focus. In fact, we simply use martial arts as a tool here. It's a tool we use to help your child grow and succeed in life. My 10yr old has been coming here a good few months now and absolutely loves it. First thing he has ever stuck at for longer than a few weeks. Ricky, Ashleigh and the team are second to none. Great with the kids, patient and encouraging. My son has come loads in many ways since starting classes here. I would highly recommend

Me and my 12 yr old daughter have just finished a 6 wk self defence class, we really enjoyed it and I would defo recommend the Tempest....Everyone was friendly and they made sure everyone was encouraged to join in, with plenty of positive feedback and great instruction... It's a great atmosphere to learn in... My daughter also had a taster at the kickboxing and loved it, she'll be starting in the new year! I haven't been for a long while but a tremendous place to keep fit, make good connections, use A-grade equipment, explore new skills and techniques. Ricky and his team are excellent coaches and encourage you to improve yourself physically and mentally.

There's always a diverse group at the gym so it's easy to get to know everyone quickly and are willing to assist you regardless of your skill level. Tempest are a team for a reason!

The session was motivating and energising and excellent support was provided to me to ensure I was developing the right techniques. Adults and children of all ages should consider joining, if it's to start a new hobby or for the enjoyment purposes only, kick boxing is for everyone.
