Lunch Time Pricing

Setting is fabulous, food is great, the sauce tastes authentically Italian. and lunch prices are value for money. The only downside? My espresso from the cafe,?that was prepared in the cafe adjacent to the restaurant was awful. It tasted sour.

Regular user of the restaurant. Very impressed with the service. Light and airy surroundings. Was very busy on Mothering Sunday which possibly made the service a little slower but gave us more time with family. Attend also very often when visiting the gardens. Highly recommened

One of the few days we could eat outside. Although they were busy and we had a bit of a wait, it was a lovely meal for both adults and children. Service was very nice and friendly.

Lovely surroundings. well presented food, fresh , clean and relaxing atmosphere set away from hustle and bustle of the rest of the centre

Love love love this place, real authenticity in every bite! Food cooked fresh while you sir and chat over a glass of your favourite.

Have eaten there several times when visiting Trentham. Always had good service and food good value for money. Even nicer when weather good as it was yesterday and able to sit on terrace overlooking garden.

Disappointing Afternoon Tea. The Sandwiches were starting to go stale. The fresh cream scone was nice but only “pop in” portions of the other cakes. The cakes were not displayed attractively.

We have regularly visited here for afternoon tea and always had lovely food. Todays food was a very big let down.

On the plus side the waiting on staff were very accommodating and polite.

Wish I could post a picture of the Bread and Oil at a cost of £4.95, but imagine 3 thin slices of a baguette and two small chipped bowls of oil and balsamic vinegar and there you have the dish. Must be £4.90 profit margin in that.

To be fair the serving staff were good and very pleasant considering how busy they were.

Terrible food with very poor service. For my starter I ordered bruschetta and received bolognese on top of a slice of untoasted white baguette, I've visited Italy many times and never seen anything like this. My main course had dried up chicken in a tomato based sauce which had obviously been kept warm for hours and tasted nasty. Save your money go elsewhere.

Shown to a table, was told someone would be over to take our drinks order, then completely ignored. 2 tables came in after us and had drinks served without our order being taken. I could understand if it was busy but there was a handful of tables taken. We never seem to get anything but very poor service at the restaurants in Trentham
