Very good service from your mobile phone dept. Returned an unwanted Christmas gift, the lady was very helpful and hassle free. Well done

This is a excellent branch of Tesco with very good staff. I shop here every Sunday and always go to Jo's checkout . She and the other staff members are very patient with my two autistic daughters and don't ever rush them when they are choosing things (they like a deli treat every week) other branches could learn a lot about customer service from Tesco Copdock. Thank you and see you this Sunday!

Thanks to the lovely ladies on customer service desk on Saturday 11th march morning. Very kindly allowed my daughter to write her best friends birthday card she had just bought (but we had no pen) and we're just so lovely and friendly �

Just travelled from Rainham, Essex, and was in need of a break.

Had a breakfast meal (8 items) and it was very good value for money.

Recommended.......

I did a full shop with my baby today. The lady at the till helped me pack and was very friendly to me and my baby. Then another member of staff came over and offered to help pack too and said to call him if I needed help to my car. When i realised I had over bought and couldn't fit all my bags in my trolley, a different member of staff came over and pushed my baby in my trolley all the way back to my car for me, took her out of the trolley when she got upset (with my consent) while i found my keys and offered to help me put all the shopping in the car. Also, I have had a few home deliveries from Tesco and they were always so friendly, happy and helpful. Unlike another supermarket I had previously had a home delivery from, they were just rude and miserable.

I cannot praise the chap in the beers section enough. We wanted the 2 for £20 beer deal but only 1 case left. He went to look with no joy so he offered another alternative but later on he came up to us with 2 cases of the original offer which he said had only just arrived . Full marks at a busy time for him to do this and with a smile . It happened approx 18:30 Friday ( yesterday).

I always stop in there on my way thru to Hadleigh .. alway freindly staff & get a laugh with them... plenty of choice & reasonabley priced !!

Thank you to Chrystal at the click and collect Tesco copdock, what a lovely lady and went out of her way to help me when I was stuck. And thanks to the guy working with her too. Much better I have to say than Tesco customer services on the phone/call centre. Thanks again.

Free to park, Tesco and burger King a 2 min walk. Not a bad place to park but you do need to be in by 6 p.m.

Had to wait 40 minutes for my lasagne and the cafe was not even that busy yet there was 7 worker's behind the till...... won't be going again

Not only did Tescos Copdock have a packet of obviously mouldy cheese on their shelf on Wednesday, they were trying to sell cheddar cheese 6 days out of date and I know for a fact the same cheese was on the shelf last Friday when it expired! The member of staff who dealt with my complaint could also do with a spell at charm school! Not good enough Tescos and it's not the first time I've had to complain about out of date cheese!

Went to use your toilets being 7 months pregnant as well only to find that the ladies toilet were out of order so used the disabled only to find there was no toilet roll. Spoke to a cash lady only to have her shrug her shoulders at me. Not very good really is it.

Went to go shopping there Saturday my husband went to get me a wheelchair as I'm disabled and there was no wheelchairs available husband went to customer service and they we all taken up had to go shopping elsewhere were they had wheelchairs

Very poor that there were lots of disabled parking spaces and just a few parent/baby parking spaces. This was suprising considering the store is next too a big Mothercare & Babies R us stores?? Also a couple of spaces taken by drivers sitting in their cars while their wife's shopped and no one monitored it??

Really disappointed went to tesco, Costa & Starbucks on way home from busy day none had gluten free sandwich or roll was so disappointed

:( even spoke to staff members and all seem to not care and said ( we don't stock anymore ) I used to buy from there all time what's changed?!

Rant of the day, when visiting Tesco extra copdock using the ‘disabled toilet’ deemed to be difficult. So firstly met with a lovely not every disability is visible sigh, but to enter a dirty bathroom, to realise once I changed Rhys there was no ‘nappy bin’ just sanitary waste bin. So I took a look in the ‘baby changing’ facilities they have and what a shock they had THREE ‘nappy bins’ and a cleaner changing facility. So yes I left the nappy on top of the sanitary waste bin. So a 7 year old is too big to access the ‘baby changing’ facilities yet apparently in a disabled toilet area there doesn’t need to be a waste bin. Don’t place a sign on your door if you aren’t aware of the needs of the people using it������

I always seem to encounter rude staff and recently was overcharged when an item should have been in a promotion, decided to shop elsewhere!!
