To the lovely Karen, short blond hair, glasses early mornings. You are always so kind and helpful. When ever you see me you always go the extra mile to help me with my shopping and help me to the car. Thank you so much Karen. I really appreciate all your help and understanding.

Huge thanks to Josie, the night manager, who came to my rescue late Monday night. I had bought myself a highlighting kit totally unaware that the bleach was missing from the box!

So there I was at 11.30pm, infront of my bathroom mirror, all strands pulled through, ready to bleach, when I realised I was missing the vital ingredient!

There was NO way I was re-doing all that again! So I rang the store and Josie said to come in for a replacement.

Looking all witchypoo, I pulled up outside the store and called her, she came out to my car, a total of three times, to the bemusement of the security guard, until we sorted the correct replacement, and all this whilst managing other issues on her mobile phone.

So a big thank you to Josie!

And to those people nicking the bleach out of the boxes, spare a thought for us that don't check the contents beforehand!!

We couldn't find bed bug spray????? I was very surprise not to have found this in the main Tesco's store, however we travel back to a small village and purchase it in a small coroner shop. I see i said it's ok. Sorry a big mistake around. �

No option to write a post...so disappointed to see you have discontinued the Irish produce as I regularly stocked up on my favourites from home :(

What to Tesco brought prawn pizza yesterday been sick all night phone Tesco to tell them and the bloke was just rude

What is wrong with your phone lines , that i have tried dozens of times to contact my local store and nothing !

What a joke their delivery service is. Slotted for 4-5pm, no call or nothing doesn't arrive. We phone them at 5:30pm to be told it will not be with you until after 6, ok fair enough. Doesn't turn up so we call at 6:15pm only to be told driver has gone back to depot with our delivery and we cannot deliver now until tomorrow, so no food in the house, kids are starving and they cannot even offer us a delivery slot late tonight or late tomorrow afternoon as they are full, yet we both work during the day!! So just refund us our money and we will go somewhere that can help us,, as every little helps. Sorry we can't refund you until tomorrow evening.....so you have taken our money and for all you know this may of been all we had, so we now cannot buy any food as you have taken it. How is this helpful? You want to re think your tag line. Absolute joke,,,, never again.

Terrible store, dirty, badly stocked, more stock in the cages that block the aisles than on you find on the shelves, and a nightly riot for reduced food by gangs blocking the rest of the aisles. What used to be a lovely store to shop in has deteriorated beyond belief over the last 5 years.

Shelves half empty had to go to Sainsburys after, not happy

Ridiculous how you are called a 24hr store yet you dont have supervisors to do price change at night and yet price tags dont match the computer. And unhelpful staff at that

I cannot believe you have stopped the Irish food in your world food aisle , why have you done this, what have you got against the Irish? I am so disappointed!!

Empty shelves, miserable staff, as a flagship store, you need to hoist the flag a bit higher

Dreadful new website. They have removed a lot of the short cuts and time savers. Took an hour and a half to place a delivery order, due to non user friendly site. PLEASE Tesco, ditch this and revert to the website that we all know and love. Or please tell me why you believe this one to be an improvement???

I fully appreciate that Tesco is a Huge giant, and there are so many of us plebs running around, but that was the most heartless, degrading episode I have ever seen.
