Hello my name is Sam.
My weight loss journey started 12 years ago when I had my daughter. My body changed lots and I gained weight. Over the past 12 years I have tried lots of diets but never got close to my pre baby weight. I made the call to my local CWP Consultant and I started the diet. I noticed that my shape changed and the weight was dropping off. I couldn't believe it when I got into a pair of jeans I have had for a long time Yippee. I have been able to maintain the weight with the Cambridge Weight plan steps.
