The Burnaby has been my local since I moved to Bedford in Feb 2016 and I absolutely love the place. There is always a great atmosphere and the landlord, landlady and their staff are always friendly and personable yet always professional.
They are a pet-friendly neighbourhood pub with a wide range of drinks (specialising in gins) at great prices and also do some fantastic pub grub in the form of some of the nicest pies I've ever tasted!
The pub quizzes on Monday nights are always great fun (but very very difficult, so I wouldn't bother taking part if I were you.....he says, trying to keep the competition to a bare minimum!) and well attended with great prizes.
All in all, the Burnaby is "what a pub should be" so well done to Steve and Lucie and their staff - a visit is highly recommended (mine's a JD and Coke - cheers!)

Run by lovely, community minded people making a real effort with great events and lovely drinks!
