What a brilliant trainer. She pushes me every week, but always mixes up each session to make it enjoyable. In the month I have been going my weight has stayed fairly similar but muscle is building and I have already had comments about my body shape changing. I just need to Keep going and I do already feel better in myself.

Since joining Cate at personal training last year, my fitness has increased massively. She pushes me to do things I never thought I could do and as a result, I feel much fitter and stronger ���� sessions are always different and I've learnt loads of things I can do at home in between sessions ��

Cate explains how to do each exercise properly and has taught me different exercises that I can do inbetween sessions. She has also given me lots of advice around food/protein shakes too. She encourages me to push myself further every week!! Thanks Cate 🏋🏻‍♀️

I've had a few sessions now and I hadn't realised how unfit I'd become. I've a very long way to go yet but Cate will get me there. Even if you feel like giving up on yourself she certainly won't. I used to go to classes regularly at the gym and thought I was doing the exercises right, clearly not! How can your arm pits ache??? It kills me but would thoroughly recommend her.

I've been working with Cate for almost 3 months and wow this lady is good! She has totally transformed my feelings about exercise and what I am capable of. She has given me the tools and motivation to work out regularly and I am buzzing with positive energy. My legs are looking great and my tummy is flat and I'm feeling strong!! I may even risk a bikini this Summer

She is firm but fair and I can't dosent have a place in her vocabulary. She listens to what you want and puts into place a session that fulfills the needs to achieve it. She is a true inspiration.xx

Absolutely LOVE Cate's sessions! She is motivating and supportive and helps you achieve realistic goals - I've gone from being lost in the gym to being a regular in the weights section. I've learnt so much with Cate and discovered my body can do things I never knew it could!
