Whether you're toasting Valentine's Day or galentine's, we've got the perfect cocktail...
Ingredients: 60ml gin (preferably something neutral like Gordon’s or Plymouth), 20ml Cointreau, Grand Marnier or triple sec,... 20ml lemon juice, 2 teaspoons grenadine, 2 teaspoons rose water.
Method: Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, give it a good shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with traditional rose Turkish delight on a cocktail stick, or a strip of orange peel.

When life gives you pineapples... make carpaccio 🍍
You'll need: - 1 pineapple - 200g white sugar... - Pomegranate seeds & lime zest for decoration
Method: 1. Thinly slice the pineapple and layer in a serving dish 2. Heat sugar over a low heat until it melts and turns into caramel (keep an eye on this and be careful) 3. Pour the caramel over the pineapple and refrigerate overnight. The pineapple juice will mix with the caramel and turn into a sauce 4. Decorate with the pomegranate seeds and lime zest before serving
Our top tip: - To remove the caramel from the pan, fill immediately with water and bring to the boil
