Went for gym induction today made to feel very welcome no pressure from anyone �

I think John Warner sports center is a great place when I first started I did just trampolining when I first started trampolining I wasn't sure I was going to like doing it but now I love doing trampolining it hasn't always been easy for me to get there because my mum doesn't know how to get to John Warner and I use to have someone taking me to John Warner but now I get the bus there and because of that trampolining isn't the only thing I do I also do sports club and I love doing sports club as well the staff there are really nice.

I can not fault the staff here what so ever. So so friendly, always smiling and working hard. My son was in a serious accident yesterday and the staff were bloody fantastic. They didn’t leave us and calmed me down and helped my son as much as they could. A BIG BIG BIG thank you to the staff working in the pool and on front desk yesterday. You guys were absolutely fantastic and words can’t express how thankful I am!

Body blast Thursday 6.30pm is brilliant love Steve the instructor it was brilliant definitely doing this class ���

Best pool around staff very polite and interested in what they are doing a lot of other facilities could learn from the team here.

The staff are all friendly polite and helpful the pool (which is what i go for) is fine and never over chlorinated so no stinging eyes for me as a wheelchair user there is two things that prevent me giving a better review, one is the walkways in the changing area are quite narrow the other is the fact there is only one disabled changing room and none of the other “normal” cubicles are big enough to allow disabled to use them, i would urge management to either have a second disabled changing area installed or convert a few of the end cubicles to triple wide ones to create 2/3 additional accessible changing areas

The pool itself is great. That's all I use. But the changing area is always messy. Lockers not working. Looks very run down.

Hairdryer are beyond crap. Leaving the pool in this weather (December) it's very unpleasant with wet hair. They said they was making improvements with the dryers 6 months ago but didn't say what year.

Do you know how exciting it is to be 6 and get post.....a big brown envelope through yr door with yr name on it.....only to open it and find 3 certificates with badges attached with a paper clip that are absolutely blank.....awarded to.....no one......signed by.....no one.....dated by.....no one.....because no one has bothered to fill them in! With the exact words of my child 'mummy that's not very nice they haven't even put my name on it'.....hed right it's not very nice.....his little heart sank and he put them on the table saying they could be any bodies. Thanks John Warner!

Receptionist was rude when asked a simple question about the swimming timetable. (I haven’t been swimming there with my little one before so wasn’t to know that a Wednesday is apparently a bad day to swim with a 4yr old). Around the pool and Changing areas the floors are ridiculously slippery. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

The centre in general is ok, it needs some time and care invested into it’s appearance in areas though.

Really annoyed that for the second time my son has lost an item of clothing at Kidz club! Flawed system of leaving their clothes in a big cage and a free for all of collecting their items at the end. No one on the signing out desk this evening so signed him out and called him over myself. Shame as the activities are great, but things like this let them down

Swimming School for kids is terrible. Different teacher nearly every week and no communication to the parents. Swimming coordinators rarely respond to calls or emails. Would not recommend:(
