thoroughly enjoyable afternoon tea and if we accepted their continuous offer of more tea, we'd have drunk bucket loads. They were definitely attentive and a good array of fresh sandwiches, scone, fruit kebab & patisserie cakes. Couldn't eat it all so took a doggy bag home for the hubby - most appreciative. Would recommend and go again.

Thank you Roy and Sharon for laying on such an impressive buffet at short notice for The Real Friends Of Rod Stewart's party. The atmosphere was brilliant and the locals all got involved in the madness. We will definitely be back.

Love this place. It's become my second home during the school holidays. In a day and age where the world has gone health and safety mad and children can't play and be kids any more this place is a haven. My children love it here they love the rabbits and the bouncy castle and if they get stuck up the top of the climbing frame there's always a friendly arm or shoulder to get them down. Food is delicious all home cooked fresh on premises nothing frozen warmed up like lot of places now. Who needs a boring hot park with no loos and a soggy warm picnic when you can bring kids here? Have a glass of wine watch kids play enjoying themselves. My 5 year old begs to come here now. ���

Held our family reunion here yesterday with a delicious buffet laid on for us. Watched the England game, enjoyed live music and great service. The staff are all most helpful. A great day was had by all.

Had an amazing day with u guys yesterday watching the England match and celebrating a trip home from oz from my nephew Matt. Loved the dj in the garden and the singer in evening and the food and drinks were first class. Thankyou ❤️❤️

Had Sunday lunch, prawns in citrus and garlic butter followed by roast. All four of us thoroughjy enjoyed it

..The Merry Fiddlers is a Great Venue for Family Parties and Weddings...Always a friendly warm atmosphere and always a great crowd who love their music.....I always love playing there ...and the food is Luvly too! ...Sharon and Roy are the Perfect Hosts!

it was great the food is so lovely and the people that own the merry fiddlers are so nice had a wonderful time with my daughter and daughter in law i would love to go back again

I love the atmosphere and how easy it is with young children on a sunny day they can play in garden for hours x however the staff need to organise themselves better was 4 bar staff and only one knew what she was doing we waited well over an hour for out food with a few mistakes with our orders x we will go back but probs won't order food again
