I have been training with Chris for the last 6 months now, and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done in terms of my health and fitness. Chris helped me train for a marathon, which I successfully completed in October. Through his PT training, Chris helped me to improve my running form, keeping me injury free. His training sessions are individually tailored to your body - identifying weakness and building strength where required. He also advised me on nutrition, foam rollering, stretching, warm ups etc - the list is endless. I have learned so much from Chris - his knowledge and experience is excellent, all his advice is based on proven, up to date research (don't believe everything you read on the Internet!). He is always so friendly, helpful and totally full of enthusiasm. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough - I have seen numerous PTs over the years and Chris is definitely THE BEST!
