About The Pizza Parlour & Music Cafe
The City centres only restaurant serving pizza's from a wood fired oven and a selection of freshly cooked traditional Italian pastas with retro music creating a feel good vibe. Italian owned and run.
The Pizza Parlour & Music Cafe Description
The Pizza Parlour restaurant in Peterborough is the only restaurant in this area cooking with a wood-fired oven for thin-based, crunch-perfect pizza including our infamous Bada-Bing 20 pizza - made for sharing.
Our aim is to cook great food for people who want to enjoy the real flavour of Italy, and that means employing what some of you might know as a "Nonna" to create the base sauce for our dishes. We have a concise menu which is cooked to order, with blackboard specials alongside classic salads, grills and of course, traditional desserts, all in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and healthy options too.
With beers and a house wine imported direct from the Italian growers, there is a drink's menu to please all without breaking the budget.
The music vibe in the Pizza Parlour restaurant is perhaps what really defines our venue.

Bon Rodgers-White – Capturing and talented singer and guitarist.
Bon Rodgers is a locally based musician who’s been playing a variety of music for well over a decade. With a vast repertoire Bon will play anything from Rolling stones to Paul Weller and Prince, to the more modern Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters and The Killers.
Mark Bishop
A singer and guitarist from Kent who plays the best in rock and pop from the past 50 years. From Elvis and The Beatles to modern artists including Jake Bugg and The Killers, you're guaranteed a varied and exciting live music show. Last year Mark formed 'The Great Pretenders', a party band, with local musicians.
Darren Bethell
A versatile performer from Sydney, Darren started his professional career in stage shows performing at such venues as The Opera House, The Capitol Theatre, Sydney Entertainment Centre and The Enmore to name a few. The last 10 years has seen Darren performing all over the world from cruise ships to 5-star hotels around Europe and most recently The Dorchester and The Savoy Hotel London. Covering a wide range of songs from Michael Buble, Ed Sheeran to Elton John and The Beatles.
Come along and listen to Anna & Jimmy only recently became a duo after discovering such a similar love of music and performing. Both from Peterborough and having professional backgrounds as singers made performing together so easy and fun. They will be playing all your old and new favourites.
Maria Marr: A singer-songwriter and graduate of The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London. Embracing music at a very young age by playing the violin, piano and singing, she has approached many music genres in her solo career, including Dance, Electronic and Pop.

Latin Jazz Duo
A versatile duo with experience in playing a variety of styles of music without vocals. They’ve known each other for a long time as they both come from the same village in rural Transilvania, Romania. They have both spent time in different parts of the world adding to their experience and tastes in music. Latin Jazz duo play music full time and love playing and making music! They will be adding something special to your Wednesday Jazz evening.

We were a party of 18 and whilst others were in the restaurant we still felt like we were the only ones there, the service was exceptional, the food was excellent, the singer was very good and got us all joining in with the choruses. Already looking forward to going back
We went for early lunch on Friday & managed to get an outside table in the beautiful sunshine. Spoilt for choice on the menu but my husband and I both had the 2 course for £9.95 & our son had the kids 2 course & a drink for £5.25. Staff were friendly, food was excellent. Took a bit too long for our mains to come out, but we could see it was busy and we weren't in a hurry. It won't put us off coming back...my husband said it was the best pizza he's had in a long while! Looking forward to bringing the rest of the family soon! Thank you!
We came in last night for a birthday meal, we had a couple of extra people turn up and you welcomed them, which I am truly thankful for . Food and staff were great , atmosphere is wonderful . Will be returning , as would love to hear your live music ,�
We came for a meal tonight for my birthday and it was delicious! It was our first time and we are definitely coming back!!!!! Everyone has seen the pictures of the pizza we had tonight and has asked where it is from - so many people are going to be heading to try �� I am half Italian so tasting a proper Italian pizza was great!!!! Natasha was amazing tonight she is so lovely and friendly - I hope you see this! Thank you xxxx

Great choice of food and amazing pizza ( I had the � beesting) ! Really enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings and def will be back . Staff were ever so friendly and attentive . Another time for the late night cocktail and wine bar! X
Food was excellent as always. Waiting staff very friendly and helpful. Love the vibe in this place. Cool decor, cool music, fast becoming our place of choice for food when we are in the city centre.
First visit, we will be returning! Busy, vibrant, staff friendly, speedy service and food was great! I would recommend!

Delicious stone baked pizza, lovely staff, very reasonably priced and a great venue/music! We come here pretty often and it's deffo one of our favourite places in Peterborough x
Birthday get together with family on 19/7. The staff were excellent looking after our party of 10. The pizza was great. Just love their chips with rosemary Everyone enjoyed their food. Staff carried out Birthday lads cookie and played happy birthday music. Great atmosphere great place great staff.
We popped in on the off chance of a table for two for a late Sunday lunch, the waiter seated us straight away and our main course was lovely.
The only issue was the service - usually you would be asked if you wanted to see the dessert menu or coffee but no, so we waited as we were sure someone would come back to us, but after being unable to catch anyone's attention we decided to just get the bill paid and left.
Bit disappointed about this, but we will come back and try you again.
Cool lively place to chill out in a lovely environment, great pizzas, Peroni beer ,, great menu to indulge your appetite, thoroughly recommend 👌🍷👍🏻
Went for a birthday celebration and have to saw we weren’t as impressed as our first visit. The food took forever to come and the pasta dishes weren’t much to be desired. The pizzas however looked and tasted awesome and the bar and waitress staff were faultless. �
Took my mum here for an early Mother’s Day dinner having heard good things.
However everything was just OK, we ordered our food fairly promptly and the restaurant wasn’t busy but it took ages to arrive and when it did they arrived with main courses, but we had ordered starters which had clearly been forgotten and then we were asked if we would mind having our starters and main courses together, not a great start.
The food was ok when we finally got what we’re supposed to but it wasn’t anything special.
Will probably try somewhere else in future.
Been here many times and always been excellent both service and food but have to say was slightly disappointed by the food this time as the three things we wanted they had sold out. When pizza arrived it was watery and had very limited amount of cheese on .My husbands was also the same and we both didn’t finish our meals .However it hasn’t put us off and we still think it’s a great place with good service .
All of our Pizzas were very short on cheese especially but also sparing on the rest of the toppings luckily there was too much tomato sauce; and the anchovies were more vinegary rather than salted - better suited to anti-pasti. Americana coffee was cold and the chips were meh and an eye water £3.95 for a small bowl. Bit unfortunate as it was a birthday treat - maybe that’s because it was lunchtime menu - pretty disappointed
One waitresses wasnt very pleasant, we ordered olives which came after 15 mind and pizza after nearly 40 mins! and was not the best pizza � do understand it was a quite busy but it was a long wait.I ordered a gluten free pizza as was offered on the menu. It was really not great, bit burnt on the ends my boyfriend have a half pizza with was small and didn’t have a lots off toppings. I ordered a salad and instead have a tomato with onions. We asked the same waitress for bill she ignored us and started doing 10 different things, she also never asked if we were ok or enjoyed the food. Clearly doesn’t care about customers .One lady probably a manger really lovely � .is a big shame as we have a nice experience before but today was really bad.
