This pub has everything, great choice of spirits, ales, craft beer and cocktails. Menu is pretty good too, the pizzas are my favourite but most of all the staff are always there to help with a smile. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the hospitality, really fun day yesterday for the sport with the family (despite the mighty Wales losing! boo) food was lovely, the service impeccable, the girls behind the bar were fantastic. The two managers (the man and the woman) have done an amazing job cleaning up the venue, hats off to you guys! Lovely atmosphere, great crowd, all my family and our friends had a really nice time. Thank you again for your hospitality and another lovely evening, I have been in a number of times since the pub changed hands and they've never failed to impress. As a former publican myself I find their approach to things so refreshing, the staff are always so kind and attentive, the atmosphere warm and welcoming and the service second to none. Its also so good to see the manager actually out in his business rather than hiding in the office like so many do. He clearly enjoys his job, lovely bloke always very talkative and good for a laugh. Tonight I watched him run around like a blue arsed fly, cracking jokes with the regulars, helping the doormen defuse problems before they even started, help his staff and then even find the time to tell me all about his new products/ offers before going proper old school and saying good bye to everyone of his patrons personally as they left. Bravo good sir, bravo will be back again Sunday for the football!!

Platform is a lovely place with lovely staff, had my baby shower there and they did amazing with the decorations and the food they really went above and beyond!

Lovely pub, great staff/service- always very friendly and give a warm welcome! Really enjoy lazy afternoons at the Platform. Food is good quality and reasonably priced- high recommend the crumble!

I have eaten here a handful of times and each time the food has been spot on! The pizzas are amazing! Staff are fab nothing is ever to much for them!

After giving up on going out in letchworth a few years ago, I've been here a couple of times in the last few months and can honestly say it's restored my faith in the place, its friendly, relaxed there's music, a dance floor and a variety of ages and types of people enjoying themselves, thanks for a great night platform I'll be back soon x

A great selection of beers and ciders for all tastes. The food is really good too. So much better from when it was the Colonade.

I like to pop in here and like to watch the football there but they are so slow 9/10 on serving you. Sort this and you have a good pub. Drop the prices a little as well.

Had a really good meal last night , great value too, 2 meals for ┬Ż9.49 ..staff extremely helpful and really friendly. We ended up there as the other bar in Letchworth had no Guinness on St. Patricks day and we were very pleasantly surprised ,
