When a pub buys in vegi food in just for you you know you are on to a winner. Not only that, but the food is great.

User

We went to this lovely village pub to see Sophia Soul perform who was excellent as always. We had a warm welcome and it was a great atmosphere and the locals were very friendly. (Shame a couple of the ales run out for the husband though) The seller for us is on a hot, sunny day you can go in your shorts and flip flops and everyone's happy!

User

Traditional friendly English local pub. Great atmosphere and even better point of Guinness.

User

The fish & chips were the best which went down well with our bottle of Pinot Grigio, good atmosphere

Sunday roast was the best I've had outside my house(I'm contractually obliged to say that from the wife).absolutely gorgeous, with all the trimmings the lamb was fantastic and fell off the bone it was so perfectly cooked.a definate return will be needed to sample the beef next time, and some more of the fine cask ales that were available!!nice one Paul, thanks to your wonderful cook and top staff

User

Play area for the kids, menu appropriate for children that's not too expensive, lovely cask ales for the husband, welcomed the dog after a messy walk in the woods - all told this is the best pub for a family that I've visited in a long time!

User

Made the journey over to The Polhill Arms as we share the same name. We all went for the fish and chips, and we were all very impressed with the quality of food, presentation and service.

We will definitely be returning soon, keep up the good work Paul.

It started off with an Easter Fayre with the proceeds going to Clare's charity.

Once we had closed up we had to follow Clare in the cars, Clare and Chris in the lead, me and Anne in the middle and Sarah and Luke, with the little once following. No idea where we were going. After a long and very bendy road we arrived at a public house The Polhill Arms Renhold.

We all found a free table outside and proceeded to have a really pleasant afternoon.

To cap it all me and Sarah one prizes in the" Meat Raffle "

Great pub, Great Landlord.

Would I go there again, yes, if I could find it.

User

I went here today with family to watch the England v Panama game and we had a great time. While the adults watched the game the children made the most of the play area and bouncy castle. Even though it was very busy the staff were friendly throughout and made time to speak with customers. I will be using this pub more often. Thankyou to all at polhill arms

User

Always great food and a warm welcome. Fish and chips to die for. Lovely traditional pub, darts, sky sports, kiddies play area too. Recently refurbished, well worth a visit.

User

A good all round pub. Recently refurbished without being spoilt. A selection of real ales from the Greene King range and other breweries. Food available. Friendly staff. Darts and table skittles played. TVs with sport in the car and lounge areas.

User

Good food, in the country which is nice. However, did take nearly an hour to get served food which wouldn't usually be a problem if it was busy, however I don't think anyone else had ordered food in the whole Pub! Luckily the food was ace so made up for it.
