Wow what can I say this place is magical fabulously decorated great food down to earth lovely owners was taken there today for my birthday by my daughter never been before would highly recommend you book in and take your family for a lovely special day *****

What a fantastic, quirky and special place. The decor is perfect for the theme, you really feel like you have fallen down the rabbit hole. The venue is cosy and welcoming as any good tea room should be. You can see that the venue is an absolute reflection of the creative quirky nature of its owners/creature, it was immediately apparent who the owner was as her spirit, creativeness, warmth and kind nature are echoed in the venue. The food was fantastic, including the nicest scone I have ever eaten, I am not a particular fan of scones but I am certainly a fan of theirs. The owner apologised and explained that there would be a little wait for the food as everything was prepared to order for freshness, the food was clearly fresh and the wait wasnвАЩt at all long. We took my 5 year old niece with us who loved the place and you will be pleased to know she has now returned to normal size after all the magic potion she drank. She was treated fantastically by the owner who instantly on seating us fetched some colouring in for my niece and set her a challenge with a prize at the end. I can not fault the staff, food, decor or venue. Thank you for a lovely experience and I wish you all the luck in your new venture.

We were a party of 6 ladies and two babies yesterday and we were catered for perfectly. We had the afternoon tea which included 1 vegan version and she didn't miss out on a thing - they even baked a vegan scone with a flavour of her choice (strawberry and vegan white chocolate пњљ). The portions were really generous and great value for money and the service was lovely. We'll пњљ be coming back!

We went on sunday afternoon and we loved it, i have been twice before but this was the first time for my husband and daughter. They were enthralled with the surroundings, the decor and the general quirkiness. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband had the savoury board which included sandwiches, pork pie, sausage roll, quiche, cheese and biscuits and loved it. My daughter had 1 of the lovely home baked scones and i had the yummy chocolate fudge cake with ample cups of tea all round. Truly a hidden gem in the centre of Stoke but highly recommend that you book a table before you go, it was very busy even on a drizzly sunday afternoon. We visited The Rabbit Hole today and it was lovely. The theming is very good, with lots of nods to local history as well as to the Alice books. It was very quirky, the decor was great, the staff very friendly and the food was lovely. The manager explained that she planned to introduce themed nights too, which sounded like great fun. It's well worth a visit; very different and quite unique in it's theming in the local area. It's not been open for long and I think this new and very impressive business is well worth supporting. It was a nice, relaxed afternoon with no rush in a very different, engaging environment. I really hope it does very well and I'm sure we will be back. Very much recommended.

Visited the rabbit hole yesterday with 2 friends for a birthday lunch. To say we enjoyed it is an understatement. The staff/owners are lovely, they made us feel welcome the minute we stepped through the door, even apologising to us for another customer who was a bit shouty (which may I add I thought the owner handled very well). Decor is amazing! But being a life long Alice in wonderland fan I may be biased пњљ Then there's the food! 2 of us has the savoury board which was delicious! We enjoyed everything on it! Very tasty! Birthday girl had the afternoon tea which looked amazing (she had to ask for a doggy bag as there was just so much on it). Truly lovely place! Well worth a visit! Can't wait to visit again! Visited on Saturday as part of a large group for a friendвАЩs baby shower. The day could not have been more perfect - amazing staff, amazing food and absolutely amazing decor...we even commented that we didnвАЩt feel as though we were in the middle of stoke! The little touches Sarah and the team add are wonderful and the food was really delicious. We were even allowed to bring in alcohol, as The Rabbit Hole does not have an alcohol license (YET!). This was very generous of them. As we were such a huge group the team brought out a large selection of everything for us all to pick at - there was so much choice and they even made more of specific things if we wanted them. We also asked if we could rearrange the seating slightly, so that the mum-to-be could sit in the middle, and the staff quickly rallied round to move a beautiful (and very large!) armchair from the head of the table to the centre for her. Every single one of us has said we will be returning, and we look forward to the themed nights you will be putting on in future!

The owners and staff were so welcoming and constantly checking we were happy throughout our visit. We had the afternoon tea which was amazing, sandwiches, cake,scone and nibbles all washed down with a pot of tea. Luckily no one had booked our table so we paced ourselves over a few hours while we chatted and slowly demolished the lot. They had been really busy so had run out of scones, but a fresh batch were in the oven so we had a lovely warm raspberry and white chocolate scone with jam and cream once we had finished all the other goodies. I will definitely tell everyone at work to give it a try, I know I will again, as over time, I look forward to working my way through the range of delicious cakes on offer. All I can say to The Rabbit Hole is thank you and keep up the good work!!

This is a lovely place, we organised an afternoon tea with a bunch of work friends which was very tasty. I took my almost 2 year old who they were absolutely fab with, especially when he wasnвАЩt interested in sitting in the high chair. The owners and their son & daughter are so nice, really welcoming and friendly. IвАЩd highly recommend a visit. I canвАЩt wait to come back.

Really unique experience in a beautiful environment that has clearly had a lot of time and effort put into it. The decor is one of a kind and I could sit and look around all day - the epitome of Alice in Wonderland has been captured here for sure! The food was delicious, super soft bread and generous portions. Small businesses are the way forward and we should all ensure that they thrive!

Just visited the rabbit hole tea rooms, as a party of 8 ladies for afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing too much for them. Fantastic presentation of the food, which was delicious, especially the home made scones. Would highly recommend a visit to this quirky tea room, even if you are not an Alice in Wonderland fan.

I visited here over the weekend for a family/baby shower gathering and honestly it was so lovely. The food, along with the staff and the decor, was amazing! We had the afternoon tea for 6 people and it was an absolute feast, the sandwiches, scones, cakes and mini macaroons were super yummy! I would highly recommend to everyone, visit visit visit!

I ate here with my best friend on a friday afternoon and we both had the full afternoon tea. What a wonderful place this is! I love the decor, so whimsical and fun. I really enjoyed looking around at everything while I ate! The food is delicious and the cakes and scones are very generously sized. I am vegetarian and they had no problem accommodating me and gave me a mix of vegetarian sandwiches on my afternoon tea. They also provide vegan options which i was impressed by, so ill definitely be spreading the word!

The staff are friendly, chatty and approachable and we'll definitely be returning :)

The food was fantastic, especially the cakes! They couldnвАЩt do enough for us, and felt that they went above and beyond. Had a fantastic afternoon at The Rabbit Hole yesterday with 5 other people and 2 little ones both under the age of one.

The hosts could not have been more attentive, they were so good with the babies, giving them small cut up sandwiches and fresh fruit, all free of charge too!

I think having a personal choice of sandwiches is a great idea, and I liked that they were freshly prepared, okay we had to wait for them, but we were provided with lots of lovely tea to keep us happy and jugs of iced water to keep us cool! Crisps were served along side of the sandwiches in quirky china cups (cute).

The scones were huge and freshly made, and were accompanied with tasty strawberry jam and sumptuous clotted cream!

Small cakes were on offer too which were scrumptious, and if that wasnвАЩt enough, there was a choice of amazing homemade cakes, from Oreo chocolate cake to Lemon and Elderflower cake, which I had and it was fantastic!!

Everything came to the table presented on a huge tiered cake stand, which could be spun around for easy access, a great idea!

We sat there chatting away until 4.40, not realising they closed at 4!!!! But no one rushed us out, it was all very chilled.

I would highly recommend this tearoom for anyone looking for an unusual, Alice in Wonderland memorabilia filled, quirky but comfortable place to sit and enjoy either a good cup of tea or coffee, or the full works!!

Fabulous tea room. Came for a mini hen party with ages from 9 to 54 and all had a wonderful time. The theme is perfect and lots to look at, not to mention the afternoon tea was very nice, all the food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely return.

Came to this beautiful tea room today for a friends birthday. I canвАЩt express enough how great the hospitality was from all the staff. What an amazing setting!! Great for any occasion. We visited to The Rabbit Hole today and were really impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and my daughter and her friends (aged between 3-7) felt really grown up especially when they received a вАШsecret potionвАЩ to drink and bag of sweets for spotting some characters. The only reason I havenвАЩt given it 5* was because there was a delay getting our drinks and cutlery. There was a wait for food but itвАЩs all made fresh so this was expected and worth waiting for! I will definitely be back and would recommend!

The food was amazing and my daughter and her friends (aged between 3-7) felt really grown up especially when they received a вАШsecret potionвАЩ to drink and bag of sweets for spotting some characters. The only reason I havenвАЩt given it 5* was because there was a delay getting our drinks and cutlery. There was a wait for food but itвАЩs all made fresh so this was expected and worth waiting for! I will definitely be back and would recommend!

The venue is cosy and welcoming as any good tea room should be. You can see that the venue is an absolute reflection of the creative quirky nature of its owners/creature, it was immediately apparent who the owner was as her spirit, creativeness, warmth and kind nature are echoed in the venue. We took my 5 year old niece with us who loved the place and you will be pleased to know she has now returned to normal size after all the magic potion she drank. We were a party of 6 ladies and two babies yesterday and we were catered for perfectly. We had the afternoon tea which included 1 vegan version and she didn't miss out on a thing - they even baked a vegan scone with a flavour of her choice (strawberry and vegan white chocolate пњљ). The portions were really generous and great value for money and the service was lovely. We'll пњљ be coming back!

We went on sunday afternoon and we loved it, i have been twice before but this was the first time for my husband and daughter. They were enthralled with the surroundings, the decor and the general quirkiness. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband had the savoury board which included sandwiches, pork pie, sausage roll, quiche, cheese and biscuits and loved it. My daughter had 1 of the lovely home baked scones and i had the yummy chocolate fudge cake with ample cups of tea all round. Truly a hidden gem in the centre of Stoke but highly recommend that you book a table before you go, it was very busy even on a drizzly sunday afternoon. It was very quirky, the decor was great, the staff very friendly and the food was lovely. The manager explained that she planned to introduce themed nights too, which sounded like great fun. It's well worth a visit; very different and quite unique in it's theming in the local area. It's not been open for long and I think this new and very impressive business is well worth supporting. It was a nice, relaxed afternoon with no rush in a very different, engaging environment. I really hope it does very well and I'm sure we will be back. Very much recommended.

The staff/owners are lovely, they made us feel welcome the minute we stepped through the door, even apologising to us for another customer who was a bit shouty (which may I add I thought the owner handled very well). Decor is amazing! But being a life long Alice in wonderland fan I may be biased пњљ Then there's the food! 2 of us has the savoury board which was delicious! We enjoyed everything on it! Very tasty! Visited on Saturday as part of a large group for a friendвАЩs baby shower. The day could not have been more perfect - amazing staff, amazing food and absolutely amazing decor...we even commented that we didnвАЩt feel as though we were in the middle of stoke! The little touches Sarah and the team add are wonderful and the food was really delicious. We were even allowed to bring in alcohol, as The Rabbit Hole does not have an alcohol license (YET!). This was very generous of them. As we were such a huge group the team brought out a large selection of everything for us all to pick at - there was so much choice and they even made more of specific things if we wanted them. We also asked if we could rearrange the seating slightly, so that the mum-to-be could sit in the middle, and the staff quickly rallied round to move a beautiful (and very large!) armchair from the head of the table to the centre for her. Every single one of us has said we will be returning, and we look forward to the themed nights you will be putting on in future!

Visited The Rabbit Hole yesterday with a friend I hadn't seen for a while and we had a great afternoon. The owners and staff were so welcoming and constantly checking we were happy throughout our visit. We had the afternoon tea which was amazing, sandwiches, cake,scone and nibbles all washed down with a pot of tea. Luckily no one had booked our table so we paced ourselves over a few hours while we chatted and slowly demolished the lot. They had been really busy so had run out of scones, but a fresh batch were in the oven so we had a lovely warm raspberry and white chocolate scone with jam and cream once we had finished all the other goodies. I will definitely tell everyone at work to give it a try, I know I will again, as over time, I look forward to working my way through the range of delicious cakes on offer. Really unique experience in a beautiful environment that has clearly had a lot of time and effort put into it. The decor is one of a kind and I could sit and look around all day - the epitome of Alice in Wonderland has been captured here for sure! I visited here over the weekend for a family/baby shower gathering and honestly it was so lovely. The food, along with the staff and the decor, was amazing! We had the afternoon tea for 6 people and it was an absolute feast, the sandwiches, scones, cakes and mini macaroons were super yummy! I would highly recommend to everyone, visit visit visit!

I ate here with my best friend on a friday afternoon and we both had the full afternoon tea. What a wonderful place this is! I love the decor, so whimsical and fun. I really enjoyed looking around at everything while I ate! The food is delicious and the cakes and scones are very generously sized. I am vegetarian and they had no problem accommodating me and gave me a mix of vegetarian sandwiches on my afternoon tea. They also provide vegan options which i was impressed by, so ill definitely be spreading the word!
