I love the way these images really show how we use and abuse our bodies every day. Poor posture effects our energy levels, mobility and causes pain. I am giving free 15 min postural assessments at Femmefitness in watford this morning from 9.30 - 12.30 so if you have any aches and pains that have come on over time or you feel like you can't move like you used to or even had a drop in energy levels come and see us, a quick posture 'tweak' could be all you need :-D
