After graduating from the Master Trainer Institute in Geneva, Scott worked in the training profession for 23 years winning a UK Learning Industry award for training course design.

During the last 10 years, I became IBM’s lead interpersonal skills trainer in Europe.

As IBM’s highest rated trainer Scott has been asked to speak at business conferences and has traveled the world delivering inspirational courses to over 3000 professionals.

More recently, Scott co-founded The Skills Farm Ltd, a training company that offers a wide range of skills workshops that help delegates grow their leadership communication skills.
