The Strong Yogini Description

Set in a private yoga studio located in Bedford town centre. Specialising in Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga Primary series yoga classes which are tailored to all levels. 1-2-1 tuition available on request.

... What will it cover? I’m going to take you through A LOT of stuff that I can’t fit into a two hour workshop and that’s easily forgotten about once we leave our mat, this way I hope to equip you with the skills and know how to be able to develop your headstand practice in class and self practice.
Why should I do it? If you’re looking to get stronger in the core, more stable and strong in the shoulders, get used to being upside down and have a weekly practice for 5 weeks on getting into a different variation of headstand this is for you!

✨YIN IN THE GYM✨
Tonight I got the absolute pleasure of teaching my monthly instalment of Sunday night yin in the battleground that is @thefitcollective1 💪🏻 we made it sparkly and cosy and warm, lit allll of the incense and candles as well as providing tea and biscuits. The result? 44 happy and wrung out Yogis who are ready to take on their week feeling calm and grounded.
Next month on 2nd December myself, @thelittleholistickitchen and @indigo_therapies will be bringing you a...n extended yin practice with hands on adjustments, head massages from the two incredible therapists and it’ll all be under the stars! Message me if you’d like to book a space 😊

Join me on this 6 week yoga course completely designed for people who have either never been to yoga before or have only been once or twice and feel uneasy about stepping into a class with the majority of people having yoga experience.
The idea of this course is to deliver everyone who attends a well rounded understanding of yoga. It will be a warm and welcoming environment where you can ask any questions you may have about the practice each week. We will cover the following... topics and practices;
🌟Yoga poses 🌟Breathing practice 🌟meditation (what,how and why?) 🌟Why do we say namaste and bow at the end of class? 🌟Yoga studio etiquette 🌟What to expect physically and spiritually from yoga 🌟That yoga is not just a physical practice and my expansion on what else there is about yoga that makes it such a fantastic tool for a happy life.
The session will last between 10:00-11:00am from Saturday 5th January until Saturday 9th February 2019.
The course price is £50 which will include access to email me privately any questions you may have at any time, free unlimited herbal tea at the studio and mat and prop hire.
The studio is located in Bedford town centre, on Dane street, next door to where the post office used to be inside a building called LLPT.

My lovely Hannah!! She's become such a beautiful teacher, her classes are fun, anatomically on point & make you feel awesome!!! I love the fact Hannah is so real & raw, she is true to herself & that is yoga �

Made to feel so welcome and wanted. Have only tried yoga twice before and wasn't keen. Tried a new teacher in The Strong Yogini and found it a whole new experience. My level of mobility was not an issue. I broke my wrist as a child and can not put pressure on it. Every position/hold/balance was adapted and scaled so I could feel included in every element of the class despite my injuries. I will be attending yoga regularly now as Hannah has completely changed my mind of yoga and I feel better and stronger the more I go.

I finished the course with a new found love of yoga and ‘graduated’ to my first regular class last night. Couldn’t recommend more highly! �

It doesn't matter your ability, in Hannah's class you don't feel silly or embarrassed when you can't do it or fall over! I can't wait to continue with the classes �

Hannah has a great manner in her classes with plenty of adjustments for all levels from cooked to uncooked spaghetti ( flexible wise). If you are thinking about taking up yoga or returning I would highly recommend you try one of Hannah’s classes.

You will enjoy it so much it will speed by, and you’ll be looking forward to the next class! And the head massage with the essencial oils is the perfect ending to a perfect session.
