Went to the Samson and Hercules Disco evening on Saturday 10 March. Music from 1976-80 - I was dancing nearly all night. Lots of people there and a great atmosphere. I loved it. Will defo go again.

Went to see navi, and had a fantastic night, and a special thanks to Vickie who sorted a suprize birthday request from navi to my girls for there birthday, they were overwhelmed, you all made there night a one to remember !! Thank you!!

Well great night last night Motown Soul Northern abit of Stax 👍 Bar prices good 👍But bit more choice needed ? But my biggest complaint is the gents loos ! Only one cubicle working out of three ? TLC NEEDED 👍

Thank you to The Talk for a wonderful evening with Michael Jackson Tribute Navi. My husband and I had a great night. Staff really friendly and helpful, very well organised and all in all was a fantastic night and we really enjoyed every moment. Very big well done to everyone who worked very hard to put it all together top night!! Thank You xxx

I've been to most of the 80s ... I don't spend much time in the toilets .. 99 % they work ...

What more do people want ...

Hi the last time I was at the talk was December 3rd last year to see navi Michael Jackson such a fantastic night out i am now waiting for tickets to go on sale again coz it's an awesome night out at the talk xx sue

Having never been to The Talk when growing up, my first ever time was a year or so ago to one of the end of month 80's Nights. Nice venue, like clubs 'back in the day' but no longer stinking of smoke which is nice. Great tunes played but as this decade's music is now very popular as a result of the many 'Reload' type festivals and the several dedicated digital radio channels the main room's music can be a bit cheesy if you're a regular visitor and a true 80's music fan.



The really great thing is the 'ever so slightly' alternative music played in the separate function room that opens up later in the evening DJ'd by 'Jacquard' John. Classic songs by Madness, The Specials, The Cult, Simple Minds etc etc. :-)

Came to The Talk with my daughter and daughter in law, to see the amazing Navi and to celebrate my 76th birthday the only way I knew how! Loved the venue, the staff and the DJ played some great music before the show started. Navi was fantastic although I had feeling he was not feeling too well, but he kept going and the way he brought a young lad from the audience to dance with him was a great thing to do. Also he made a point of chatting to each of us with birthdays and dedicated songs to each of us! I can’t wait to see Navi again and maybe it will be at The Talk once more! Thanks so much and special thanks to Amy for making sure we three ladies were looked after so well due to some of our mobility problems, our seats were placed just right for us with ease of access plus we were allowed in the doors first to get safely inside and find our bearings. Will definitely return in the future thank you once again 😘 xx

A lot of negative comments. The talk might be old . But it very relaxed atmosphere. Yes I do agree that the toilets could do with a bit of work . The staff are great very polite & serve you as soon as possible. Great team . As for the music. The club covers many different tastes of music so many different types of people that atend the 80tys nights . Some great caractors � some nights are good some nights are OK . This month was great for me as they played so much music that I enjoy to dance too . Great night danced most of the night . As for the resident DJ . I can't wait for his slot to come back on as he plays such a variation of music great job m8 . I hope the talk has many many more years of success. Well atleast till I hang my dancing shoes up �plenty of life in the old boy as yet . Look forward to my next visit . Great night with Charlotte Macrae. & max Brydon xxx

A good night, it's a bit dark in place and the carpet could with changing as kept sticking to it

Went to the 90 + 00's night. Both the djs were very good👍🏻👍🏻The prices of the drinks were very good. Not many people there, but I think because it was so relaxed and the dance floor wasn't packed, it made for a better night. Went as a group of 8 it's the 2nd time we've been and it's the 2nd time we really enjoyed our selfs. The only reason I didn't give it a 5, was the gents is not all great.

We love that 80's night. Been going for years!.

Altho this time(I know it was a sell out). I kinda feel the music is always the same. Yes I know it's 80's! . But there are soo much more great tracks that could be played instead of the same old music.

I think we are going to have a break from coming for a little while.

I went to the talk to see #navi live, the no.1 Michael Jackson tribute. As always he was fantastic, however the venue was ok. Can't say that about the toilets though. Doors off. Not very clean. Could do with a ve-ramp. Drink prices fairly reasonable. All in all a good night.

Back to the 90's great music.... Could have been a fantastic night but may be needs more promotion as approximately 25 people there (including us 5) so atmosphere??? Not the best!

80s night does get a bit monotonous,same play list each month.Needs changes to freshening it up.But very good atmosphere
