The Therapy Room Central

Dear Clients,
I hope you are all well and healthy. Many of you who visited the Therapy Room central for a treatment so far probably know how much I prefer and recommend natural remedies and herbal products over any chemical medicine.
Although there`s no vaccine against the COVID-19 virus you can still do a lot to prevent catching it. If all goes wrong, and you get infected your body can deal with the virus easier if you prepared your immune system in advance.
... Please don`t underestimate the power of water. This beautiful liquid created life on Earth and it is very important to stay hydrated not just warm summer months but in cold weather too.
Fruits and vegetable are your best friends now and my favourite chamomile and rosehip tea with a dash of honey.
Please don`t lock yourself in with tons of rice and pasta, and do not subscribe to all TV streaming services because you are bored. Otherwise once this is over I`m going to have a hard time treating all those lazy and stiff muscles of yours.
Use this time wisely and exercise. If you have a garden, balcony or terrace do it outside and breath in fresh air.
Look after your mental health and meditate or learn something...don`t forget to look after your body and your body will look after you.
If you go shopping to any of the near empty stores (even though I received many emails from various CEOs reassuring me there`s enough stock) just keep your eyes open for those things left on the shelves as most of them are more healthy than the ones are sold out.
The key is quality not quantity. You are what you eat, and if that is all pasta and rice then good luck.
And if you are still drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes then...well you probably don`t care about the above anyway...
No one knows how long this situation lasts and how the economy is going to deal with it, but please look at the future with confidence and hope to see you all soon.
