**ANNOUNCEMENT** As most of you are aware we sadly and regrettably had to close The Waveney Clinic because of the poor state of the building we leased in smallgate. Working conditions were against health and safety working regulations. It took 3 years of work and spend over 37 thousand pounds of our hard earned money to set up the business up so we are extremely upset and disappointed. We very much value our customers and so we have been working hard to try to find another ...suitable premises so that we can continue our work. We wish to reassure anyone who brought or was given a Waveney Clinic voucher that we will honour these and we ask that you please be patient and wait for an announcement of when and where our new place of work will be. We are expecting this to be May/June time. We regret we are not able to provide refunds since as The Waveney Clinic ltd had been forced to cease trading. Vouchers: For those of you who have purchased gift vouchers from us, we will not be issuing any refunds as we will honour those vouchers once we re-open. Their expiration dates will be extended.... I have always been worried about having Botox ,Karen put my mind at ease and was professional and informative with reassurance that she practises Botox to have a natural appearance finish.
