The Willows Ipswich

I would like to say a massive well done to all the staff at The Willows on completing the accreditation on end of life care with St Elizabeth Hospice. The award was presented to the home on Wednesday the 01-05-2019 by Mark Miller the CEO of St Elizabeth Hospice who was joined by Emma, Tash and Mandy. I would like to personally thank Emma, Demi and Tash for all there support given to The Willows throughout the accreditation and long may it continue.

Planting Tomatoes and cucumbers for the summer I think it's going to be a bumper crop!

Ipswich Model Railway Came, we worked the trains and found out how to make the scenery. Myra even 'planted' a tree!

What a great year we have had at The Willows, nominated in the top 5 at the national dementia awards for best dementia interior design, followed up with our first CQC inspection which is fantastic. I would like to thank all of the staff for all their hard work and everything you have done for the home and all of our service users. I would like to thank all of the service user's families that come in to the home.... Most of all I would like to thank all our wonderful service users, you are all much loved by all that works at The Willows and without you this would not be possible.

The care that we deliver at The Willows is exceptional. With an experienced manger to a very passionate head of care! All of our staff our carefully selected and supervised to ensure the high standards of Sohal Healthcare is met! To truly see the standard of care I recommend you come in for a coffee in our bistro and see for yourself!

We have a great team of staff who are trained with Diploma's and NVQ'S in health and social care, we also encourage all our staff to continue on with Diploma's and NVQ'S to better themselves and for them to gain more knowledge. The door is always open for all and all are made to feel at home.
