I incorporate both mental and physical wellbeing treatments. Using Hypnosis, CBT, NLP and /or EFT & TFT Tapping to help lose weight, deal with anxiety or stress, improve sports performance, stop smoking, rid you of phobias & move mental blocks so you can achieve your full potential.
Wherever possible I use Vegan Organic products in all my treatments to cater for sensitive skins and all preferences. Currently offering Hopi Ear Candles, Thai Foot Massage and Eastern Facial Massage for relaxation and will regularly be adding to the treatments I have on offer.
