Our Spa Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering a relaxing guest experience to our spa guests. You will have a great phone manner as well as face to face interaction, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. You are real ambassadors of our company and are committed to consistently delivering high standards and ensuring our guests feel relaxed and pampered. You will also deliver beauty treatments of the highest standard.
Role
Warmly greet ...every guest who walks into the Spa and offer assistance
Ensure the smooth running of our Spa, providing our guests with prompt and efficient treatment bookings and advice
Delivering high quality beauty therapy treatments
Handle Spa reservations efficiently, by confirming appointment with guests, provide guests with an appointment list and highlight cancellation policies
Consistently do research and read on fields related to your job in order to self-improve on knowledge and skill
Be informative about retail products to help promote sales
Assist with ordering when required by the Spa Manager
Keep display cabinets stocked with products at all times and Reception area tidy
Required Skills and Experience You will have experience in both elements of the role and ideally come from a beauty background Have excellent verbal and written English Be personable, engaging and have impeccable high manners. A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude Be a team player and supportive of your colleagues You will be computer literate and have excellent communication and administration skills
Must have NVQ Level 2 Hair and Beauty
