What toothpaste do you use most regularly?

When ever I have had to use the dentist I have always been made to feel at ease with every step explained, they are patient and listen to your worries and preferences. I never feel like anything is too much trouble to consider and always greeted by happy faces which puts you at ease from the start.

I don't worry about going to the dentist as I know I'm in good hands and appreciate the excellent work that they all do, thank you all.

We moved back to the area 18 months ago, and the first thing we did was sign up with Clarence House. Our dentist is Umesh Nagendran, he is great. Husband had a real phobia with dentists, and was worried about changing. We had been private patients in the Greater Manchester area, only because there were NO NHS dentists taking on clients. Have to say he needn’t have worried Umesh put him at his ease.

Signed up myself and my son today, had a cancellation so getting seen on Friday.

Had been extremely difficult for me try to sign up and get an appointment anywhere else locally, even in an emergency I waited longer, so I'm very impressed!

Recently moved to Swaffham, Norfolk and needed to find a new dentist. This isn’t our nearest dentist but the one closer to home had quite a few negative reports. It was worth the 15/20 minute drive, the receptionist were pleasant, the dentist friendly and gentle. Only our first visit for a check up but so far glad we chose this dental practice.

My wife and I both attend Clarence house. Our previous dentist was in Thetford, when our dentist left so did we. Were fortunate to get in to Clarence,. My wife was very nervous so I asked for a lady dentist. Mrs Aseel Salman, This lady is superb, my wife is no longer the nervous wreck she once was thanks to Aseel. My wife once had to see Sophie, Aseel on holiday. Nothing but praise for Sophie. For me this is a FIVE STAR establishment. I live ten miles away, but would not consider any other dentists. I have been with Clarence House for twenty plus years . I am one of the patients with a great fear of Dentist and over the years have seen several different dentist. I can honestly say that I have always been treated with great care and respect with my fears always taken into account. My current dentist is Sophie who is carrying on a great tradition of patient care. Thank you Sophie, and thank you to the reception staff.

Have been using this practice for almost 3 years now and have had the same dentist each time. He is very gentle and thorough. I am always nervous about visiting the dentist but this experience is one of the better ones. The staff are always busy but at the same time courteous and efficient.

First class service, very friendly and you get seen very quickly, its the first time in my life i can say it was a pleasure to visit a dentist. Highly recommended

Been going to Clarence House in Watton for years and although at the beginning I never saw the same dentist twice I am now seeing a lovely dentist called Sophie who I am happy to say is staying and is very patient with me. I am a nervous patient myself but Sophie is very reassuring indeed. I have got in if I needed it quickly so 10/10 for me here.

A visit to the dentist can be stressful but they make it easy with staff being understanding and very helpful.I would recommend this practice very highly.

Just had my first apt. at Clarence House and, like a lot of people, I am terrified of dentists! I needn't have worried. I was met by a cheerful smile at reception and the dentist I saw put me at my ease whilst inspecting my teeth. Nothing to be done, which was amazing after at least ten years of ignoring my teeth!. Next apt. was with the hygienist, who did a brilliant job on by pearly whites (well they are now!) Altogether two pleasant trips to the dentist and I won't be scared when my next apt. comes around. I have been using this dentist for over five years and apart from the fact they are seemingly always running a bit behind I still recommend them, the staff are really help ful and friendly, and the treatment is always outstanding. From time to time I have needed an emergancy appointment they have been really good at getting an appointment ASAP. A very good service from a very professional team

I have been using Clarence House dental practice for several years now and see no reason to change anytime soon. As a self-employed person time is of the essence to me and therefore request a first thing or last thing appointment which they are very helpful with so my only and I mean only gripe is if I get a very early appointment and I’m almost 30 mins late getting in on top of the hour that I’ve already lost as they start a good bit later than I usually doit’s pulling a big hole in my day. That said all of the dental staff I have been under all appear to be on top of all the treatments they carry out in a very polite manner

I have an extreme phobia when it comes to dentist but my dentist dr sophie is fantastic she allows me to wear my headphones and play my own music. She taps me on my shoulder when she is done. They are very understanding to a patient needs and fears.

Been going to this Dental Practice for several years now; after many staff changes I have been seeing Mrs Salman for a while now - she is super efficient and very kind especially with nervous patients (that's probably 99%!)

On this occasion I had some treatment which I dreaded. I always expect a wait, no-one is idle and they are clearly very busy. That said the care and attention of the dentist and other staff is never compromised just because there are people waiting so worth the wait!

For the first time ever I didn't feel the needle of the anaesthetic injection so in my opinion Mrs Salman is fab! She did a really first class job and it was over and done with more quickly than I expected!

I have been a patient at Clarence House Dental Surgery for over 10 years. I recently lost a filling which is always alarming. Upon calling for an appointment the receptionist was very abrupt and said she couldn't fit me in for a week. I became very upset and eventually she made an appointment for me within two days. My visit for a replacement filling was brilliant the dentist was gentle, efficient and courteous. Altogether a painless experience for which I thank you.

Have been attending for a few years now. Have always received excellent dental care. To increase rating, it would be nice to have a quicker, efficient reception with staff that are more customer focused.
