What a great way to keep our town centre clean.

Here's our latest review from a lovely family who hired one of our Central Ipswich 2 bed apartments -
"We spent a lovely week in Ipswich staying at Toothbrush apartments. Martin was a great host and was easy to get in touch with.
The apartment is very modern and the location is fabulous - just a couple of minute walk from the town center. There are great restaurants just below the apartment - we were spoilt for choice with the dining options. The building was very secure an...d there’s an elevator too (which was handy as we had 3 suitcases with us ).
There was a smart tv in the living room; which kept the kids busy. We had a great stay and a looking forward to staying there again on our next visit."

This is a large 2 double bed 2 ensuite bath/shower apartment in the Ipswich Waterfront area of Ipswich.
It comes with one allocated parking space in the secure underground car park.

Here's some feedback from some guests who arrived a couple of days ago at our East Ipswich apartment, and are still in situ.
"We really like of how you thought out your concept for your 'Toothbrush Apartment.' When we arrived, we were surprised at just how much detail you included. Loved seeing the fresh loaf of bread and other food items. All of the detail with the included items in the kitchen. Truly all that we would be needing.
The bed is really comfortable and we b...oth got an outstanding sleep last night. This morning, it was absolutely wonderful just being lazy and slow to get moving. We fixed our breakfast using items from your supplies and other things we picked up from the grocery store. You certainly took all that you have learned from running Lattice Lodge and taken it to the next level for those wanting a little more freedom from the B&B required schedules (specific times for breakfast and room cleaning). We truly have "moved in" and really feel like home here.
Thank you very much for allowing us to use this apartment. We love being in an area of Ipswich we already know. Last night we visited the Italian restaurant (a place I/we have stopped at on previous visits). We love your "Toothbrush Apartment" and hope we will be able to use it in the future."

Blimey we're busy!
All of our existing apartments are full, a lovely new 2 bed one that we've just taken on (photos to follow once we can get in it to take some!) is full, and we've just placed an existing client in another operators property.
Ipswich is clearly a busy place at the moment...

We're loving the ideas put forward by Ipswich Central here. There's no doubt that the town centre has to evolve from being primarily a place to shop.

Here's the latest review, just in, from guests who stayed with us this weekend.
They were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade from a studio apartment near Suffolk New College to a 2 bed apartment in The Saints, to allow us to accommodate a longer term booking in the studio.

Hot on the heels of our post yesterday about supporting Red Rose Chain's sponsor a seat campaign, we see today that one of our comedy heroes, Mark Thomas, is coming back to Ipswich in July.
It was actually Mark Thomas that provided the inspiration for us to become Comedy Series Sponsor at the Avenue Theatre.
We'd seen the sort of acts that they were booking, and also that Mark was performing all around us in Colchester, Stowmarket and Norwich - but not in Ipswich.
... So we got in touch with Jo at Red Rose Chain, suggested that Mark would be a good fit for their venue, and the next thing we know, he's agreed to come!

Our lovely friends at Red Rose Chain are currently trying to find 16 more donors who will sponsor the cost of a seat at their Avenue Theatre.
Well, make that 15, as we just sponsored one (to go with the one we sponsored a while back via Lattice Lodge, a sister business of ours).
They'd really love to achieve this by May, when their play 'Put Out The Lights' opens.
